Everything is fine but the only thing is that We did not do sand surfing. The other people said there tour person took them sandsurfing and they had a great time but ours did not and we paid for it. I would like some of my money back. Thanks

I enjoyed every bit! The tour guide was amazing! Very thorough, upbeat and fun! He gave instructions so we knew where to be at all times. I saw other tours say their guide left them. Not the case with William, he got to know all of our names and made sure he had all of us before moving to the next adventure. He gave much history as we drove through the heart shaped lakes and red dunes. This excursion was 1000000% worth every penny. I went by myself and felt very safe! The quad biking, food, show, sand boarding, pictures everything was top notch. Would def book again next time I am there and would hope to get William!

This was such a fun day! The ride from downtown Dubai to the first site, the ATV’s didnt feel to long. The ATV’s were fun, the views are incredible once you’re there. The ATV guide was prepared to take photos for our group, they provided water, just an all around great time. Then after the ATV’s we went to a different location for dinner, show, and camel ride. Everything was well timed, coordinated and fun. All of the staff were welcoming and there was a little shop to purchase custom clothes, jewelry, and perfume. There was always something to do and we didnt feel like there was idle time. Definitely a great way to spend the day!

This tour has potential but was undone by a lackluster driver, meager communication and overcrowded activities. The dinner was OK and the dinner show pretty good. There were just too many people on the ATV ride in the desert for it to be the best experience so it was just OK as well. We were also late getting picked up from the hotel (which may have contributed to the rushed feeling of the tour). Our driver never explained anything (hardly talked in fact) and this took away from the experience as well. When we got to the dinner our driver just pointed us in the direction and left. When we got to the dinner area we were asked what our table was (we had not been told so we did not know). So then they asked us who our guide was. We said we had no clue because he had never told us his name. Would not do this tour again.
