According to your rule I cancelled one of my tour programme two days before the cancellation deadline in Dubai due to the change of flight time or else I would miss my flight, but without any guilt or shame you took my money on 10th November. I sent several emails with the screenshot as the proof of it, but no reply and while reaching my home country I called up and updated the situation to your customer care. Sadly and shamefully you robbed my money ($290). Shame on you taking someone’s hard earned money in this manner.

The boat music was very outdated and low , boat needs some remodel to do.
It just didn’t look out together .
Drinks were warm as well.
In the website it said bbq , there was no bbq . Unless the “bbq “ here in Dubai means something completely different than America .
From 1-10 the food was 5. Very disappointing .
But the staff was very sweet and friendly .

We were very disappointed. The music on board was far too loud. There was very little sightseeing information, which was such a shame, as we passed so many wonderful buildings that needed more detail on. We got the impression that the crew were only interested in getting round the route as quickly as possible with very little interaction with the guests. The food was also very poor quality. Try another provider if at all possible!
