Amazing day from start to finish. Our tour guide was friendly, energetic and had a great sense of humour. Meeting, feeding and walking the elephants was a fantastic experience as was the short trek through the jungle to reach a hidden waterfall. Great lunch and all rounded off with a serene bamboo raft ride down the river before being dropped back out our hotel.

This experience was a dream. Our guide Ronnie Handyman had a playful spirit and was very knowledgeable. He always encouraged us to be close to the elephants and took photos of all of us and sent them to us later. We had another guide and she was fantastic also. I can’t remember her name but it translated to mosquito and she was so sweet and funny and intelligent. The guides want to be there with you and will do everything to make sure you have the best experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour. I will never forget this amazing day. We went rafting on the bamboo rafts and saw an elephant drinking water. Then we fed the elephants and went on a small hike with them so they can eat more. Then we had a nice lunch of pad Thai and then he took us to the waterfalls. The hike was a little tough because I was wearing sandals with 0 grip and my feet were wet. I would recommend bringing sneakers that you don’t mind getting muddy and bringing a pair of sandals for all of the water activities.
