The cruise was nice, although it got a bit hectic when the crew started sailing. I guess that depends on the wind conditions and is to be expected on a sailing boat, but if you’re looking for a more relaxing experience you might be better off booking a catamaran cruise. The boat itself was comfortable and clean, it could however be more modern and have a better bar setup. The sparkling wine included is a sweet MCC, not my preference but drinkable; additional consumption was reasonably priced. The boat crew was friendly, the ground staff definitely less so (I asked for a possible refund for one person in the group who tested COVID-positive on the same day and was given a flat “no” for answer). Nevertheless, the sunset views of Cape Town were incredible and overall it was a nice experience!

I highly recommend it: you MUST take this tour! The sunset over the sea in Cape Town is a real spectacle! A breathtaking color palette presents itself in the sky. About the tour: the speedboat is wide and comfortable. Super polite and helpful staff. Highlight for Daniel, always with a smile on his face and looking for ways to help, such as offering to take pictures of couples and people who were alone, like me. All topped off with a wonderful soundtrack that went from soul to pop at the right moments! As a suggestion for improvement, it is worth investing in signage in Porto, which is quite confusing, and not having to exchange the virtual ticket for the printed one (if it doesn’t make sense to have the digital one). In addition, the sparkling wine offered is sweet, inedible. I ordered a brut and was informed that it was charged separately for the exorbitant amount of R200 a bottle. Other than that, everything is wonderful!

The cruise is highly enjoyable with onboard champagne served to guests. You have an option to sit inside or on the deck as the boat goes around the Waterfront and surrounding coast. The boat stops in the middle of the ocean right at the moment the sun disappears, it is beautiful. The deck is quite windy so a jacket is needed
