Guide picked us up from our hotel on time and the car was very clean. He was knowledgeable of the history of KL & Malaysia, thus made the trip interesting. He ensured we received good attention at the Indian restaurant and throughout the trip ensured we were okay. Recommend both the trip and guide to future customers.

We had an excellent guide – friendly and willing to do do whatever he could to make the trip an enjoyable one.
We would recommend including a third place of interest other than the Hot Springs – which is not a particularly impressive site, with very few facilities or attractions.
It would also be good if we tour could provide more information about the historical and cultural interest of the sites being visited, so that it becomes a useful educational experience, not least for younger visitors. Perhaps, useful information could be provided about the sites, which visitors could take back home with them.

Thank you for the Tour, everything was great and William was giving good insights of the places and managed to make the day pleasant and enjoyable!
    I totally recommend it!

Whilst our day was very good I am afraid our guide did not offer any narritive about the Batu Caves and spent much of his time on his phone. The caves are spectacular and well worth a visit. The steps can be a bit of a challenge for the un fit like me. What made the hot spa’s such a joy was my wife and I being looked after by the locals who encouraged us to take our shoes off and they then got us buckets of hot water to soak our feet. Again guide gave us no assistance so the lovely locals made this part of the tour for us. We were, I believe the only tourists there that day. The waterfalls are worth a visist just to see the locals enjoyed the water pools. Lunch was included in our tour but that became a farce trying to find some where we could eat. We ended up two doors from our hotel.

The caves and the monkeys were especially interesting. Best of all was the great and plentiful information provided by our wonderful tour guide about everything on the trip! We give him 5 *s without question!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. Apart from that, the sight, food, & being close to nature again were something we wouldn’t forget. The only downside of this trip was when my dress was stolen by the monkey when we went to the waterfalls. But overall, every part of this tour is worth your time & money.

The trip to the pewter factory was an unexpected highlight of this tour. Our tour guide was excellent. Waterfall is pretty. Hot spring interesting as not many tourists mostly locals. Caves are very good but if you are a woman visitor best to wear longer skirt or trousers as otherwise you will be refused entry … until you pay 15 ringgit for a cloth cover to tie around your waste.

The trip was enjoyable because of the various sensory trips and professional driver. The driver was very accommodating, on time, and professional. Lunch at a restaurant was very fresh and delicious. A wonderful choice to visit different places in a short amount of time without worrying about transportation. Thank you for a lovely and safe experience!

Our driver Faizal was friendly, prompt & went out of his way to ensure we had a great time.
Natu caves is a must-see however the place is not looked after & is very smelly with rubbish everywhere! Same with three waterfalls, lovely place, great swim but garbage everywhere! The lunch at a local restaurant was excellent 😊

Faizal our guide was funny & informative. I thought you could go in the hot pools-my mistake. But the waterfalls were a stand out highlight and Batu caves were beautiful. Don’t go on New Year’s Day like we did! It was crazy busy with the locals visiting to pray. We didn’t make it up the stairs cos it was too hectic.

Guide was punctual, informative, a great sense of humor. A good day out. Take a swi mimg costume for the waterfalls

We had a terrible experience with this tour. My sister and I booked this tour a month or so out from our trip and did not book the private option. We got ‘lucky’ and the tour ended up being private. The guide (who we thought was just the driver to the meeting point) picked us up from the hotel in his car from the 1990s. Technically it did have air conditioning but did it work appropriately sadly no. Guide did not come up to batu caves with us or tell us anything about the caves.
Guide did not fill petrol up before picking us up and so we needed to stop at a petrol station during the tour.
Guide did not pre warn us about long pants for the caves had to pay RM15 each for scarfs, the pre-warning was only for shoulders covered.
Did not pre warn there were no toilets at the hot springs so we didn’t use the other facilities when we had the chance.
The hot springs were definitely a local mens hang out and for two white women it was a very uncomfortable experience.
Felt more like we had a taxi driver driving us around then being on a tour.
Guide did not explain stops. Just left us alone and talked with his friends.
I’ll honestly be getting my money back for this one as the description does not match what we received.

The hot springs could be skipped. All the other places were good. We wanted banana leaf lunch and the driver took us there!

Caves were amazing and the hot springs great. We went to one waterfall and part of it was closed so our guide Suresh went out of his way to find us a better one. He was such a great guide that we booked a srcond tour with him for that night and went to the eagle feeding, fireflies and plankton cruises. Amazing day, fantastic tour and incredible activities. Highly recommend this company they were great!

A brilliant tour that packs a lot in during the 6 hours without being rushed. Each location is stunning and so interesting. We travelled with a private guide in own own party of four.
Khanan our guide was knowledgeable and friendly and we even got an invite to a relative’s wedding that evening!
Remember to bring a towel for the springs (they are very hot so dipping our feet in was certainly enough!!)you will also need a swimming costume if you want to bathe in the various waterfall pools. We visited on a Sunday and families were picnicking around the pools. The Batu caves and temples were unreal and simply beautiful and very busy with worshippers. Lunch was a great experience eating from a banana leaf. The food was delicious and we were given so much to eat. The atmosphere was friendly with many local families having lunch.
I would definitely recommend this as a must do tour if you want to experience some authentic local culture.

Mr. Raja was wonderful! Ask for him. He is not just a driver, but an informed guide who can answer any questions you may have.
He picked me up on time, was professional, informative, and pleasant. You will not be disappointed with Mr. Raja.

To start with our driver Faizal was awesome. He was knowledgeable engaging and inclusive. The tour itself was informative. Don’t forget to take your bathers for a dip in the pond at the base of the waterfall. Lunch was delicious local food with an Indian twist. Make sure you’re fit for the Batu Caves.

  18. Peter_M

The tour guide was very friendly and informative and made memories for us. He took loads of photos which made the day special and nothing was too much trouble

My best friend and I missed our connecting flight and ended up with a 2 day layover in Malaysia. We signed up for a 6 hour tour to see the area and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Our driver, Fauci (sp?), was so informative. His English was excellent and he told us so many facts about the culture and area. I will definitely come back when I have more time. Thank you for the best day ever!

  20. Christopher_R

Harry was A legend. Spoke great English and told us a lot about Kuala Lumpur as we drove. Well worth doing and ask for Harry (Potter).

  21. Peter_W

The Batu caves were an amazing experience. So many steps but worth the climb although beware of the monkeys! The waterfalls were amazing and the hot springs were just that! Helmi our guide was both knowledgeable and entertaining and would recommend his services.

  23. Sandeep_B

Rajan was great and very considerate. Highly recommended. The tour was well planned and punctual. Great time overall.

  24. Lena_S

The tour guide/driver was great and the 3 starts have nothing to do with him. This tour didn’t feel worth the price. The entry fees to all the places add up to less than $5 so I don’t understand why it was so expensive. We spent most of the time in traffic (literally 3h out of the 5 hours) so don’t do this tour at the weekend. Batu caves were great. The waterfall really nice too but so crowded we couldn’t swim or even put our stuff down. Spent maybe 20min there,15 at the hot springs and 10 at the craft shop. All interesting but really not enough time in each place and way too much time spent in the car. It’s good to get away from the city but definitely could be way cheaper for what it was.
