My wife and i took my family who were visiting from out of town. Our guide was excellent and informative. The food was good and offered a glimpse into some of the more popular dining options in Austin. It was a great time even in the hot weather – we even got some historical austin facts along the way. I wish I remembered our guides name to personally thank him for making this a wonderful afternoon.

This is a great food walking tour to get a real taste of Austin!
Our guide (I can’t remember his name unfortunately but he had one foot in a cast if that helps!) was really friendly, knowledgable and more than happy to give local tips and advice for the rest of your stay!
There wasn’t a bad stop on the tour, and when asked at the end everyone on our tour had a different favourite! Ours were the breakfast tacos and the brisket from Coopers!
Regular water stops and restrooms at every stop.
The only thing I would say is there is so much food …. Make sure you are hungry before you go!

The food chosen for this tour was so good! I liked that most of the restaurants were started locally and that a lot of them used ingredients sourced locally. But Zach was the star of the tour! He had a funny, easy going manner and had interesting and helpful information about the entertainment/restaurant scene in Austin. He was delightful.
