As expected with all my dealings with Viator, this was excellent. The driver, Steve Kariuki was waiting for us at the airport and efficiently got us to the hotel. Nairobi is a huge, chaotic city with incredible traffic problems, so having a trustworthy and efficient driver is important. In all our dealings with Viator, we appreciate the quality and efficiency of the people that they retain as it gives comfort when being apprehensive in such a foreign city. Our transfer was right there as we walked outside the Nairobi airport after getting our bags and going through customs. There was a circle of many people holding up signs, and it was great relief to see one with our name on it. He helped us with our luggage and got us to our hotel. All went very smoothly, which is exactly what you want after a long international flight especially when you are arriving at night.

It is what it is. The driver was on time but the vehicle was rather old and dirty and did not start right away. The driver got the vehicle started, and we made it to the hotel.

マサイマラへいく予約していた航空会社がキャンセルになり焦っていました。
ナイロビに着く前日にメールを受けて、けれどマサイマラのロッジは予約してあり、マサイマラで野性動物を見るのが目的でしたから。
なので、別の航空会社を予約するためにジョモケニヤッタ空港からウイルソン空港へいき、飛行機の予約をしたいことを話し、追加料金はありましたが受け入れてもらいました。
ロッジから近いストリップでないと送迎料金が200ドルもかかるとロッジから言われていたので考える事が多く、予約にとても時間がかかりました。
二時間くらいかかったと思います。
けれど、ずっと付き添ってくれました。
その後、ホテルへ送ってもらい部屋まで荷物も運んでくれました。
日本車に乗っていたので車の話しもしたり、楽しかったです。
