The vehicle and driver were at the airport to meet us when we arrived. Waited until we finished a few things before heading off to our holiday destination. Driver was polite, informative and drove safely.

We only used this company for transfer to the coral coast, the driver was very efficient. The only thing I think needs addressing is that the company informs you were you will find the driver when you come through customs,

Friendly greeting on arrival with shell necklace presented. The driver was competant and happy to chat about the sites and the culture.

Tried contacting them multiple times via Viator message service and email, but no responses. Finally contacted them via a phone call, they told me they don’t get the messages from Viator!
Driver arrived slight light (10-15mins) but he didn’t know who he was picking up and had to wait another 10mins for them to work it out.
Driver was friendly and ride was good.

The driver was friendly enough, our flight was delayed and took some time to clear Fiji custom due to several flight arriving at the same time. He waited patiently. However, the vehicle was old and not in good condition; windscreen was cracked, all the warning lights (engine, water, oil) were on lid up and the car smelled of cigarette. Price was around $40-80 (AUD) cheaper than others, now I know why.
