While the driver arrived on time and was very efficient getting me to my location- incorrect information regarding where to meet him was on my ticket. When I phoned in a panic I was given the information and told abruptly it was on my ticket – it wasn’t! All good in the end but this needs to be corrected to avoid frazzling clients.

We were so disappointed with your service yesterday, we came out of the arrival area expecting to see our name displayed on-a board as other transfers were, we waited one half a hours walking up and down searching , to no avail.
If we were to met outside the terminal, instructions were none existent, we never have been to Heathrow before, being a big airport , didn’t know where to go, you need to be more particular with your instructions and where to met.
Tried to call you twice, to no avail, then had to catch a taxi to hotel, have added the extra cost to our trip
What reimbursement will you give us when it was no fault of ours,
I will not recommend your company to our friends visiting UK, very unreliable and no communication.

The shared riding program left my wife and I stranded at Heathrow airport in London. They originally went from an additional $30 something to then later wanting an additional $30. I felt I was being blackmailed when I think the problem was with there accounting. I would not use London Trsvel limited again.
