Driver arrived just over 30mins late claiming there was heavy traffic but little did he know that on our to our destination there wasn’t not even a minute delay of traffic confusing to say the least !!! Car comfortable & driver very amicable but obviously the experience spoilt but his lateness.

Our driver was not at the designated location when we exited from baggage claim. We waited over an hour and asked several other drivers who were waiting if they knew the company but no had heard of them (London Travel In Limited). We also went to the area where the drivers wait with their vehicles with no luck. We made several call attempts as required but the number would not connect. After more than an hour we had to take the airport bus into town. Messages to the company received no response. A request for a refund was also declined according to Viator.

The trip from the airport was fine. The trip back to the airport never happened. We got notified by the airline at 10:45 pm the night before that our flight was canceled. I reached out to change the pick up time, but got no response. We ended up finding a taxi. It’s not worth the extra money for a private transfer unless you have a large group. The taxis are the best method of transportation to and from the Edinburgh airport

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I went with private pick up because I’m handicapped and needed space and room. When we arrived in Edinburgh, after an 8 hour flight, no one was there to pick us up. We asked the other drivers who to contact. They made some calls. It was almost 45 minutes before a diver appeared. HE WAS NOT the driver we hired. The guy was parked at another terminal. He had a very small car. I literally had to walk and drag my luggage for fifteen minutes. No luxury car. It was a tiny car and we had to use front seat and our laps to fit in luggage for three. It was ridiculous. I asked for a 75% discount because our driver NEVER SHOWED UP IN LUXERY VEHICLE THAT WE PURCHASED. I only asked to be refunded 75%—which would have been about the price for a taxi. The only response I got was: Refund rejected. I will be contacting my bank now for a full refund. It was a great way to start my retirement trip!

Flight got changed by airline due to 12 delay. Would have missed connecting flight. Emailed Viator. No response. Phoned during layover. Repeated put on hold. Told because I change my flight, I would have to rebook, even though they had my new flight number. Good thing I didn’t rebook and pay again, as the new flight was also delayed. Did receive a text later in day indicating driver would be waiting for us at airport and to text when we arrived. Texted when we arrived after traveling for 26hours. No reply. No driver. Took a cab.
