This was an absolutely amazing and educational tour of Tokyo and japanese culture. My tour guide, Fumiko was the best. She taught me how to use the trains and all the courteous customs of how to ‘be normal’ as a foreigner 😂. I learned so much, and I had such a super fun time seeing places I didn’t know about. This made my trip work it. Thank you all who helped with this. I won’t forget you.

We are a family of 6, and only had one full day in Tokyo so decided to book this custom full-day tour. Yukiko was our guide and she was absolutely incredible. She communicated with us in advance to plan our day and understand our priorities. She was very accommodating when we decided to make last minute changes, gave us lots of good information about each place visited, took us to the best restaurant in Tsukiji fish market, and helped us make reservations for a special birthday dinner. She was very friendly and kind, making sure we were all engaged and taken care of.

We had a wonderful first day in Tokyo with Yeonmi. We wanted an overview of the city, how to navigate the subways and visit key sites. We did all that and more as Yeonmi provided historical and cultural perspective as we walked. She is lovely and we highly recommend her as a guide to beautiful Tokyo.

Hideo was our tour guide and he was amazing. We had a JTB tour guide in Kyoto and he blew that guide out of the water. Extremely knowledgeable, flexible, caring of my 4 kids who joined us, almost like a family friend would. We did a lot of stuff in 8 hours and he was pleasant and energetic. His English was perfect as he lived in the US for over a decade.

I had the pleasure of having Sachimi-san as my guide during my stay in Tokyo and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Sachimi-san was very knowledgeable and engaging through out the whole experience. She truly made the experience special and even made time for us to stop and look at a temple that was outside of our itinerary. Sachimi-san is evidently passionate about what she does and it reflects in the amazing experience and tour she provides. Communication prior to the trip was smooth and everything was well planned. Once again, thank you Sachimi-san for teaching myself and my husband about the shrines, temples, history of Japan, and Japanese culture. Cannot wait to go back!

We are a family of four adults on our first visit to Tokyo. Our guide Asaka had been in contact prior to our trip to tailor the day exactly to our needs. Not only was she v knowledgeable around all of the places we visited she was also invaluable in helping us to navigate the metro system including buying tickets. It was a long hot day and we covered nearly 10 miles but we saw so many interesting places that it would have been impossible for us to organise ourselves. Thanks Asaka we had a great day !

Our family trip to Tokyo was upgraded with a one day guided tour to city highlights. Our guide Kiyomi made it a memorable experience. We had an idea what we would like to see including a boat ride to Asakusa. She helped us put together a working itinerary during which we were able to visit Tsukiji market, Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa temple and shrine, Ueno park and Akihabara. She also gave us helpful practical advice and suggestions for further visits. The boat ride gave us an excellent opportunity to see the city from a different perspective. Visiting all these interesting places required some flexibility. All on all a great day.

Akiyo was an excellent guide! She told us all about the places we went to, including the right amount of visual aids to help what could be dry information be more interesting. Having a guide to put context to what we were seeing was so much better than doing it on our own. She not only answered questions about the areas on the tour but also general questions about Tokyo and the Japanese people. This was a highlight of our trip.

Our walking tour of Tokyo was fantastic. Our guide, Kaoru Matsuda, was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, friendly, very happy, and great with our kids! Due to my mistake, we were waiting in the wrong place, but Kaoru was very accommodating and rearranged the order of our tour to allow us to see everything we had planned to see based on our new starting point! Again, the starting point was clearly outlined in our follow up email, but I had put the wrong location in my calendar. The tour company was very gracious in dealing with my mistake. The tour was wonderful. It did not feel rushed and the pace was perfect. We were so happy to see so many beautiful sights in Tokyo on this tour!

Our tour guide was Yuco, she was absolutely wonderful to myself and my four teens. My teens all give her 5-Stars and said she was the best. She really showed us Tokyo as local and helped us understand so many little things that we would not have been able to without her assistance. My teens had a lot of questions and she had patience to explain them all and accommodated their various requests. The little things like eating etiquette, tricks for taking the train, being respectful at a temple or shrine and how/what items were good to shop for. I spent the most money that day buying food, chopsticks, green tea and teen clothes/toys because she guided us on where to look and helped us understand what we were buying taking advantage of duty free which I did not know about. She game my family an experience we will always remember. From the bottom our hearts Thank You Yuco-san!
