Unbelievable. Disappointing. Disgraceful. Not only did they not appear as promised at the airport, but the driver could not even follow his own GPS to get us to the hotel. I had to show him Waze. Then the company insisted I pay extra cash for a service oromised but not provided. I paid the cash to avoid a scene and potential police action. The company then agreed to credit my account for the cash I paid. We will have to wait and see if they meet their commitment.
