Title says it all. No contact about where they’d meet me until the day AFTER. Called via payphone twice, no answer. Looked in every possible spot at the airport, nothing. Finally just took a cab to my hotel. Basically blew me off about a refund. Will never do this again.

We ended up using this company (Seikou Japan Co.,LTD) on both ends of our journey, to and from Haneda Airport. After our pick-up upon our arrival, I knew we had made the right choice. As promised on the booking, the company was in touch a few days prior to us leaving home to finalize the pick-up arrangements. They made the offer of a personal meet and greet for a very reasonable minimal fee, which turns out was the best choice for us and for anyone planning on visiting Japan as there are endless persons in the arrival area waiting to greet visitors. How nice it was to look out over countless number of people and actually see your name on a sign. This is the way to go! The driver was courteous and delivered us safely to our hotel with no problems at all. The same was true on our return journey that was easily arranged once in Japan. The thing that made this transfer choice so perfect was the handling by their customer relations person, Marry. She was unbelievable in the manner in which she kept in touch, making sure you had everything you needed and always willing to provide you with other types of transfer services. Not only was she kind and professional, she was warm and whitty in her personal exchanges with us, providing us with a comfort level that makes foreign visitors feel more relaxed when visiting a far off land. Thank you kindly Marry for all that you did for us and for the fun banter!
