Anas, our driver was phenomenal. He was very accommodating of our mobility limitations. We followed his recommendations and they were all very good. By the time hour 7 of our 10 hour tour we were beat and were ready to head back to the hotel, but Anas convinced us to make one last stop. We ended up at Meiji Jingu shrine, a very special place and the highlight of our overview of the city.

My husband and I booked this private tour because we had a lot of items on our bucket list and we were only in Tokyo a short time. What an amazing experience we had thanks to our tour guild Abdullah. Who specks 7 languages!!! Can you believe? He picked us up a little before our scheduled meeting time. After discussing everything that was on our list, he enthusiastically said,” he thought we could get it all done”. Which we did. Aside from achieving what we wanted to do we found him to be very interesting to talk to, extremely courteous and just an all round lovely person ,he was very efficient with timing and was extremely professional. He treated us to little Japanese sweets that were very delicious-So thoughtful. His car was comfortable and very clean. We highly recommend this tour and especially this tour guild you will not be disappointed. You will start out as strangers and by the end you’ll finish as friends. In closing my husband and I felt that by the time you learn to navigate the rail and train system your time just disappears, if your time is short then this is definitely the way to go. We thought we had requested a guide cum driver but we had a driver. Viator failed to give us some basic information about Tokyo, like the day of the week the Imperial palace gardens is closed; that there are just two tour in a day for the Imperial palace and a limited number of people can go in each tour. I would have expected them to tell us all this so we could plan our tour accordingly. We were unable to see the Imperial palace or the gardens. Very disappointed.
