Es war sehr interessant und schön. Viator muss die Anmeldung auf die Tour bezüglich der Sprachen ändern, obwohl ich die deutsche Sprache auswählte hat die Agentur fast keinen deutschsprachigen Reiseleiter gesendet. Als ich dann sagte, dass ich mich beschweren würde haben Sie dann doch einen geschickt. Leider hat er nur ab und zu deutsch gesprochen. Die Hauptsprache waren die englisch und russische Sprache.

Excursion quasi uniquement en russe alors qu’on avait demandé de l’anglais.
Excursion beaucoup trop rapide, nous courrions derrière le guide afin de tenter de la rattraper (avec deux enfants…)
Et un changement de car inexpliqué et insensé en fin de journée qui nous a fait perdre à tous plus d’une heure.
Fort dommage car joli site.

Tour guide had excellent knowledge and explained history clearly. Lovely walk through Side and sites were amazing. Only downside was no air-conditioning on the bus. It was a very hog day and this would have made it 5 star

We had a bit of an incident when we didn’t get picked up and were asked to get a taxi to another meeting point (paid by the tour company). Also the main tour was in Polish but we had another guide who occasionally explained things to us in English.
Other than this, the tour was great. Good comfortable bus. Great food at the village. Attractive and interesting sites. Would recommend to others.
