Very enjoyable evening. Impressed with the wait staff and how efficient they were in serving everyone dinner in a timely manner and keeping them supplied with drinks. The dancers were great entertainment, along with the views of Istanbul from the Bosphorus. My only complaint would be that the music was too loud at the end, one had to go upstairs (cold) to get away from it.

The bus driver left me at midnight in the middle of nowhere when I had paid for hotel, pick up and drop off inexcusable and very dangerous.
The food was terrible and the chairs were cramped. The show is OK.

Our deiver (OKAN) was amazing, patient and very polite, even when other passengers were very late for their pickup time. The entry to the boat was caotic, people were sorted by their hotel names. The seating eas good, we were closr to the dance floor. The food was awaful, no taste, too bad for a xity like Istanbul where the food is usually great.the show was ok, rhe group we sat with was enercetic and we danced until the end of the trip. It would be helpful if the DJ knew the difference between Arabic music & indian music. Everytjme we askws for a song he would put indian music🤣🤣🤣. All in all it was a good evening

The cruise was well organised and very entertaining. The food was not bad at all. We had the alcohol inclusive package. The hotel pick up was flawless and we had no issues. The entertainment, music and dancers were fantastic. The only downside to the cruise was the overly pushy nature of the photographers on board, especially towards the end of the evening. The waiter also didn’t seem very happy with the tip we left for him. Other than that, I can recommend the experience.

I recently had the misfortune of booking a boat tour with a certain company, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience from start to finish. The entire service provided by this company was nothing short of pathetic, and I feel compelled to share my experience to save others from enduring the same disappointment.
First and foremost, the lack of proper activities on the boat tour was astounding. I was expecting an exciting and engaging experience, filled with opportunities to explore the surrounding area and enjoy some fun water-based activities. However, to my dismay, there was nothing of the sort. The tour felt bland and uninspiring, leaving me with a sense of wasted time and money.
Moreover, the pickup and drop-off arrangements were a complete disaster. Instead of a comfortable and reliable mode of transportation, we were greeted with an old, broken-down bus that seemed to be on the verge of falling apart. Not only was it uncomfortable, but it also raised concerns about our safety. It’s unacceptable for a tour company to provide such subpar transportation options.
Adding insult to injury, there was no tour guide to provide any sort of information or enhance the experience. We were left to our own devices, wandering aimlessly without any knowledge of the history, culture, or significance of the places we passed by. A knowledgeable and engaging tour guide can make a world of difference in providing an enriching experience, but sadly, this company failed to deliver on this basic expectation.
Another major letdown was the absence of any food options. A boat tour that promises a certain duration should ideally provide some form of refreshments or at least notify customers in advance about the lack thereof. But no such information was shared, leaving us hungry and dissatisfied during the entire tour. It’s unfathomable that a company would overlook such a basic need and leave its customers in a state of discomfort.
To make matters worse, the boat itself was over-crowded, leaving very little space to move around comfortably or enjoy the views. The whole experience felt cramped and claustrophobic, which significantly detracted from the supposed relaxation and enjoyment of a boat tour. Additionally, the taste of the food provided was abysmal, leaving a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and metaphorically.
Lastly, the duration of the tour was grossly misrepresented. We were promised a tour that would last for approximately 4 to 5 hours, but in reality, it barely stretched to 2.5 hours. Such a significant deviation from the promised duration is completely unacceptable and showcases the company’s lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers’ expectations.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking a boat tour with this particular company. Their service was nothing short of pathetic, with no proper activities, abysmal pickup and drop-off arrangements, the absence of a tour guide, no food options, over-crowded conditions, and a significant shortfall in the promised duration. Save your time, money, and expectations by exploring other, more reputable tour companies that value their customers’ satisfaction.
