Had a great relaxing ride from San Antonio to Fredericksburg in a very comfortable mini bus with just two other guests. Diane is a great guide, very knowledgeable of both San Antonio and Fredericksburg history. The two wineries we visited were both excellent and very easy going, no high pressure sales. We had free time to enjoy quaint downtown Fredericksburg on our own and have lunch and do some shopping and visit more tasting rooms. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. Highly recommended!

This was a great tour, everyone should go to Fredericksburg, texas. So much to see and do. The two wineries we stopped at where wonderful and very informative about their wine. Everyone was nice and welcoming. We had lunch at a local brewery in Fredericksburg and the food was delicious. Best of all our tour operator was wonderful she knew a lot about the history of texas and Fredericksburg. She also had a bottle of water, chocolates and crackers. Definitely one of the best tours!!

We were a group of 6 people so we traveled in a small comfortable mini-van. Melanie was charming and spoke for a few minutes during this 45 minute ride from San Antonio to the 1st winery. At the winery, Leticia who was very personable and charming let us sample 5 wines while she explained how each was made and the type of grapes used. The next winery was about a 15 minute ride. At this winery, William chatted about the 5 samples we tasted there as well. There is a lovely shop attached to the winery, but sadly we were not given any time to shop. Then we drove to Fredricksburg. Nothing of any particular interest was pointed out other than the myriad shops. We had to choose between eating lunch (not included) or shopping. No time for both. While the restaurant we chose had great service and great food, we were disappointed that we were not given any time to shop or wander around this little town.. This tour cost $159 and all it was was a ride to 2 wineries & then to a town to see nothing. Very disappointing tour. I am surprised at Viator because I have used their tours all over the world and they were always wonderful.

Very nice full day tour. Nice to visit Texas hill country. Skip lunch in Fredericksburg so you’ll have more time to explore there. We had a small 9 person group. Great to meet and make new friends. Our tour guide, Melanie, was so nice and knowledgeable. She made our tour fun. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the second winery wasn’t too good however the first one, Sister Creek Vineyards, was very good.
