I really enjoyed all aspects of the cruise EXCEPT we were left stranded at Manly, after waiting nearly an hour some one rang the office to be informed that the boat had broken down and we would have to make our own way back. Using our Opal cards Cath and I got on the next ferry, we went to your office on Circlar Quay were the gentleman behind the counter was very apologetic and reimbursed our fare.
I think if you knew the boat had broken down surly you could have got word to someone at Manly OR send someone over on the fast ferry to inform all the people waiting for your boat, this would have save a lot of ill feeling and complain.
I would have scored EXCELLENT if this would not have happened.

The GetYourGuide deal was great value for money. Our express ferry with captain cook cruises was prompt and the staff were very friendly. It was wonderful to hear a bit of history about the harbour through the boat staff on the way over to Taronga. The express ferry had numerous return trips running throughout the day as well which was wonderful. The sky safari at Taronga also saved us a lot of time getting into the zoo, which allowed us to have a full day exploring the zoo. This deal is definitely worth purchasing.

There wasn’t enough times for the ferry. We had to buy tickets for another boat as we would have had to wait an hour for the Nxt one and same on the way back. I would not do it this way next time as we flew down for the day from the GC so had to be very specific on times to and from air port so our time at the zoo was cut short to get back on time.
