Jessica K –
We thoroughly enjoyed the half day tour to Stonehenge. The guide was knowledgable of the Stonehenge and the outskirts of london as we drove past. The stones itself we’re magical and definately worth the trip especially with the audioguide. I would however note that we would have preferred more than the hour to see everything as we were only able to fit the viewing of the stones in and unable to see the museum attached. We were also dropped off to another station instead of our original departure station. This meant we were unable to use our return train ticket and made transport difficult to navigate back to our hotel. Otherwise had a wonderful day

My husband and I opted for this half day tour since we were leaving the next day and we wanted to get back to London quickly to finish some city sightseeing. This tour was great! We had a coach bus transport us and two other couples to Stonehenge. Our tour guide/driver was Marius, he was really nice, funny, and gave us great information about the areas we drove through in London and near Stonehenge. Would highly recommend this tour!

I’ve been to England many times, but have never ventured out to these ancient stones. Mainly, because they are so far away from civilization. But, this tour offered exactly what I was looking for. Our helpful guide Darren gave us points of interest as we left the city of London to check out upon our return. It was a four hour roundtrip, so either take that time to sleep or bring something to do. At the Stones, entry was included along with an audio guide that was very helpful in learning more about the history and purpose of this sacred place. At the visitors center, you can even try your hand at moving one of these stones yourself. We were there for about 2 hours before our return trip to London.
Pro tip 1: Get to the Stones first before the crowds do, then go to the visitors center.
Pro tip 2: This tour does not return you to the same pick up location as London traffic fills up there. They offer handy Tube maps to help you chart your course home.

The instructor/ driver was very kind and helpful with professional style. He was on time and generous on timing.
Misha_D –
Because there were not enough people on my chosen tour they offered an upgrade, free of charge, to a tour that also included a visit to Bath. This was a welcome surprise! The tour itself was well organised and efficiently timed. On the way back we got stuck in rush hour traffic, but you can hardly blame the tour operator for that. All in all I’d recommend this tour. Driver Marius and tour guide Sinead were very friendly and professional. It was a nice trip

This early morning tour to Stonehenge was perfect. We arrived before the crowds, had plenty of time to really enjoy the site as well as the museum, and got back easily to the city. It was exactly what we hoped for!

I only decided to do this tour because my husband wanted to go. To my pleasure I was so glad he talked me into it. The bus trip to Stonehenge was comftable and full of history and education, not only of Stonehenge but London too. It was surreal to actually be there to see it with my own eyes! Memories I will never forget. So very glad we went!

Booked this tour to avoid crowds. Driver was very pleasant and the ride to Stonehenge went smoothly. My husband and I enjoyed the tour.
Pauline_C –
The time we arrived. The crowds were few and we got to walk around and see Stone hedge at its best.
The pick up location was easy to find and the arrival time was good.

Great trip. We were back around 2pm so you still have time to do other things during the 2nd half of the day around London. It is great to beat the crowd by visiting in the morning too.
Cynthia_B –
Zac the tour host was very good. I loved the scenery and history. The seats of the bus are too small and cramped for anyone over 6’2. That is my only complaint!
darrenwgerke –
Great tour guide – very knowledgeable! Bus driver was great as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
MarcJezreel_S –
Seeing Stonehenge in person is mesmerizing. Its amazing how it was preserved and keep on discovering more about this Megalithic Monument. There is also a Museum that shows more about the Stonehenge.
Christian_B –
This is one of the better half-day tours that you can get if you just want to go and enjoy Stonehenge. You’re dropped off at the place and have 2 hours allotted
You can take the visitor shuttle bus at the visitor center going to the Stones and a shuttle or a walking route (20-30 minutes) going back.
I would advise leaving at least 30 minutes earlier from the Stones if you want to take either bus (lines get pretty long)/walk
just so you won’t feel hurried.
The walking route was also great in the chilly summer weather.
Darren was a great tour guide. offering a lot of nice tidbits about places we passed through before just letting us catch some shut-eye (which works great for me since it starts early at 7:30).
No problems encountered with anything at all!
Valentina_A –
Comfortable journey, fun guide and the best is… we got there before the big crowd! I would certainly recommend
Nancy_N –
This was such an easy way to get to and from this most peaceful historic site. The timing was perfect to beat the crowds. Highly recommend the morning tour.
Catalin_H –
You will visit Stonehenge skipping the line and before the crowd. You will be among the first visitors to access the site, therefore you will have time to explore, discover and enjoy.
Alexandre_B –
A must see very intriguing! I wish the guide would have not only guided the bus ride but also the site tour, I don’t recall this was disclosed on the website. Also make sure to bring water in the bus on hot days, expect a good 2h to get back to London. Good idea to make it early in the morning it seem to get crowded as the day progresses.
Prithvi_K –
Craig and John had been amazing guide and driver, always helpful and made us comfortable during the journey. Highly recommended!
