My friend and I believe that this tour doesn’t qualify for 3 hours sightseeing in Dallas. In an hour one can see it all. Our driver no matter how sweet he was, he was talking real fast and as an English native speaker it was hard to follow (just bear in mind that also non-US tourists take such tours). We spent half an hour discussing in front of the JFK memorial and then drove literally around the corner to see the actual place of his assassination and spent more time there exploring the place. Instead of going to the arts district or bishops arts, which are worth visiting, we were wondering around deep Ellum and some areas rich people live. To me it wasn’t worth the time and my money.

The tour operator is greedy and won’t give me back my money even though the tour was canceled with advance notice. Viator representative guaranteed me that I would get a refund, and yet up until now, I did not get my refund back. I am very upset and disappointed because I was misled and misinformed.
