The seaplane tour was a fantastic first morning for us. It gave us a view of the city that was amazing. The pilot was very kind and safe. The plane we were I was small- room for 8 but there were just 6 of us on the trip. Overall I fantastic experience.
From there we rode the free shuttle bus to Capilano park. We arrived around 9:30 and the park was not too crowded but starting to fill up. We spent about 2.5 hours there, exploring the treetops, on the bridge, speaking with the very knowledgeable staff about the various wildlife and just enjoying nature. It is a beautiful park.
We did not have lunch there but there was a restaurant with a beautiful view available.
Overall a great first day in Vancouver for our family.

The seaplane tour was great, it gave us a really good overview of the size and diversity of Vancouver. Prior to this we had only seen the city centre.
The park was busy but it didn’t detract from our enjoyment. The suspension bridge was very wobbly not suitable for anyone with vertigo!

Seaplane was great, park ok. It can get very busy in the park. Good if you are mobile, you need to be fit. Lots of walking up and down hill. No good if you have vitigo.
