The first part was great. Plane ride was s.iith, it was easy to find the bus to Butchart Gardens. The bus driver was awesome. Told us about the history of the Gardens, and some points of interest along the way. The Gardens themselves were incredibly lovely. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because the plane back was canceled, and we needed to figure out how to get back by ourselves.

The seaplane trip over was excellent, great views all the way of Vancouver itself and all the islands on the way. Butchart gardens were just extraordinary just immaculate and very beautiful. Victoria itself was very picturesque plenty of shops and restaurants with great food. Time was limited to be able to do to much in Victoria but gave a good insight.

The sea plane was excellent, friendly staff,speedy check in and very efficient. Great way to travel to Victoria with some great views.
The free drink and cake is handy with an early start.
The gardens were beautiful with lots to explore and never felt over crowded despite it being a national holiday.
Had some time to explore Victoria as well which is a small but interesting city,cathedral well worth a visit.
The driver of the coach to and from the gardens included some commentary on the trip which was great.
Only downside was the transfer between plane and coach, only a few minutes walk from plane to coach pick up which was great but despite being given voucher at flight check in you then had to queue to swap voucher for tickets and then queue again for the bus which was a wait of about 40 minutes to the gardens. Coming back it wasn’t a fixed time return you could get any bus which was nice to have flexibility but as only 1 bus an hr and it was first come first on board so if buses were busy and you had chosen to spend as long as possible at the gardens you risk missing the flight.
