I thought the tour guide Diamond was awesome….he was very informative and engaging.
The only part I didnt like were the crowds at the temples…however with it being such a tourist attraction, I understood and dealt with it..
I would do this trip again if I could have Diamond as a tour guide.

This tour was amazing! The tour leader was really sweet and kind but also knowledgeable! This tour provided a great learning experience and I would highly recommend! The only issue, at the end of the tour, we were taken to a jewellery gallery. This was not described in the tour information and also took away from the magic of the temples and experience. There was a pressure to buy from the shop assistants that was not appreciated. Overall, the tour was good and interesting!

Informative and incredible experience. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide spook great English and was very knowledgeable at all sites. She was practically a Thailand Historian. We spent a good amount of time at all sites and p/u-d/o went very smoothly.

After an initial mix-up over pick-up time, this turned out to be an excellent tour in which my wife and I were the only participants. First we saw the 3 m high statue of Buddha made of solid gold at Wat Traimit, then the gigantic reclining Buddha covered in gold leaf at Wat Pho and finally the utterly beautiful Royal Grand Palace which included the statue of the emerald Buddha at Wat Phra Kaew. We had a good guide who hired taxis for each leg of the journey and saved time parking. She was willing to adapt to our needs and wishes.

Tour did as promised. However, it ended at gem factory, not on the intinary. The description included transportation back to the hotel. However, I had to take a taxi back.

Arrived in the hotel lobby just before 8a.m. to be met by our tour guide Jeab ready to get us on our way. Jeab was very welcoming and friendly and was very informative throughout . When everyone was on the bus she offered us an extra canal tour which was very worthwhile (for a bit extra money ) She was very knowledgable throughout the tour and offered lots of valuable information. She gave lots of advice about other places to visit in Bangkok and booked us in for the Floating Markets the next day. A lovely lady – thoroughly enjoyable tour .

Excellent. Guide was clear and passionate. Palace was crowded but the temples were superb. Provided bottled water and van was comfortable
Maria_G –
Guide wasn’t that knowledgeable, and it was hard to understand the little she explained. Bought this tour as a 5 hour tour, it lasted only 3! If it would not have the beautiful palace and temples, I would give it only a star.

I’ll preface this review with Pok was a very good tour guide and the situation was not due to him at all, it was InnViaggi Asia Co. Ltd.
We’d signed up for a group tour to see the Royal Palace, Reclining Buddha, and Golden Buddha with hotel pickup. As this was our first time in Thailand and our first day in Thailand, we really wanted a group tour so we would feel safer and feel like the tour was more legit. We also really wanted an air conditioned vehicle transporting us to the different areas as is per usual with group tours because of the humidity in Thailand.
A week before our tour, I got an email from the company asking for our hotel info for pickup. I responded within a couple of hours and expected a response with the hotel pickup time and confirmation that they received that information. They did not respond. In fact, they never responded to anything from us including emails to their different accounts and direct phone calls. We have never personally been able to get in contact with them. I emailed them a couple of days before our tour and then again the night before and again the morning of. No response. Had the hotel give their 3 numbers they listed a call. No response. Finally, I go over their heads and get in a message chat with Viator and they have to contact them on our behalf. We’ve already waited 30 mins at this point, having sat in the lobby from 7am -7:30am like the online instructions told us to (pickup being roughly an hour to 30 mins before tour start). They say they’ve gotten in contact with them and that they’ll pick us up at 8am but to be in the lobby 15-20 mins ahead of that. We wait another 30 mins. And then another 30 mins. No pickup. I got in another Viator chat and they get in contact with them again and they apparently say they sent us an email saying that our tour has been “upgraded” to a private tour starting at 9am because our hotel is out of range for pickup. First off, never got that email. Second off, they should have informed us a week ago when I sent them our hotel info that our hotel is out of range and our tour would be changed. Third off, the first place they visit on the tour is walkable from our hotel so why is it “out of range”?? Pok shows up saying they called him like 15 mins ago to give us a private tour and that we’ll be taking public transport everywhere. Once again, wanted a group tour and private transportation. Pok was great, but this wasn’t what we paid for. Never booking with this company again.

We had a great driver and guide! Very energetic and knowledgeable! Always trying to get us to laugh with silly jokes! They kept the tour on time and was kind enough to help us take some great pictures! Thank you! We learned a lot and would recommend this tour!

The tour was good. Best way to see Bangkok in three hours if u just want to see the main attractions

Wonderful tour. Ended up being a private tour so we had the opportunity to see a few extra things local. Without our guide, Chick it would have been difficult to see all we saw. This was great. Ended up taking her to lunch after the tour.

I booked through Viator. The pick up was late. The guide was not interested in sharing information or maybe didn’t know much.. very poor experience. The sights themselves are beautiful. Must see. Use some other tour operator.. i saw some enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides there!

The Royal palace was the highlight of my tour today. If anyone visiting Bangkok it is a must to visit this fabulous place . The tour guide was very professional and caring.
Trenly_Y –
It was a wonderful day touring the palace and grounds. Noka was a wonderful guide whose knowledge of the history of Thailand and Buddhism was greatly appreciated. The heat was oppressive but a fan and plenty of fluids helped.

Pat was a wonderful tour guide, and this poor review shouldn’t take away from her efforts.
But this touring company has terrible business practices with questionable ethics. We purchased a private group tour for my family of three, we were under the impression that it will only be us in the tour. Unfortunately, the day of the trip we received a message to state that we have been “upgraded” to a van and an additional two person will be joining. Normally we aren’t opposed to group tour but it wasn’t what we purchased. They offer to take 15USD off the original purchase price which will not equate to the price of a group tour from another company. We will never use them nor recommend any of my friends or family who intended to visit Thailand.
Unfortunately these actions will be the downfall of this country. No one expects to go on vacation to be taken advantage off.

This tour, and Mr Oat in particular, were incredible! Thorough, passionate, and eager to meet every expectation, Mr Oat ensured the experience was both informative and memorable. When in Bangkok, you must see the temples, and if you see the temples, you must see them with Mr. Oat!
Nicholas_H –
We had a fabulous few hours at the temples. Our tour guide was very informative and answered all our questions in perfect English. She also made it fun by giving us activities such as preparing offerings to Buddha. We would definitely recommend this trip and a tour guide is most recommended as without one we would have just been walking around aimlessly not knowing what we was looking at.
William_M –
Oat our guide was amazing right from the start of the tour. The information and history made this even a better experience. The Temples were all the appropriate time plus good history lesson and Grand Palace part he had so much to show and tell us about. This is a must see for sure
Ron_N –
Tour delivered what was offered. However, please remember this tour does not include visiting the Long Neck tribe. Our guide was able to adjust the tour to include stopping at the Long Necks at cost of ticket entrance of 300TB each. I must say it was worth it! The large tour van and driver with ice chest of bottled water were very comforting. The opium museum was very interesting. It was nice that our tour guide Bee asked and we said we did not wish to see too much markets. We did not see Blue Temple.

Oddi( not sure of spelling) did a fantastic tour!! She was very knowledgeable, very fun and friendly, was able to answer all of our questions, and made sure we were in the right spots for the best photographs! HIGHLY recommend this tour and Oddi!!

Our tour covered the most popular wats and was the perfect amount of time. Our guide was extremely informative.

The guide, Suzie, did an outstanding job of explaining the many different buildings and statues. Great job!!
Deekshant_S –
A nice and efficient half day experience covering some key/famous monuments in Bangkok. The gem stone factory trip is forced. And the trip is expensive. But the guide was excellent, the van was super spacious, clean and comfortable and we covered the places at a leisurely pace.

Ms. Nok was a superb lady! Her knowledge was supremely informative. The Royal Palace was beautiful!! It is a must see visit! We appreciated her historical narration.
Senthilkumar_S –
The really nice thing about the guided tour was that she helped us get tonnes of family photos. Our guide was very engaging and explained all the history behind the temples and the palace.
She called the car to pick us up ahead of time and managed the trip efficiently.

Joy met us at our hotel and presented us with some delicious homemade pastries. She was extremely knowledgeable about the temples and palaces. Joy arranged for us to do a canal trip and explained about the different buildings and took us to the new 70mtr high buddah. We were only in Bangkok for 2 nights so she recommended the best shopping areas and told us how to get to the Sky Bar as we wanted to visit it. This was a great tour but I would recommend Joy as your guide as she was knowledgeable and helped us feel we had seen so much if bangkok in our short stay.

A beautiful experience in visiting the temples and the Royal Palace. The tourist guide was instrumental in understanding the history of each place we visited.
