Driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke English well. Enjoyed the drive and the seaside town of Cefalu.

Driver was 30 minutes late, had to call to check on him. No apology for lateness, nothing said while traveling unless direct question was asked, then sometimes didn’t know answer. Spoke almost no English we had to try and think of different words for what we were asking. Not luxury car or driver, just a regular Catania Taxi Van. Certainly not worth $592.70 US dollar.
Worse than most NY drivers if you’ve ever encountered some of them. Will never use this service again.

Our driver Joseph was just amazing. He picked us up on time and was very friendly. We encountered some heavy traffic going into Palermo and he handled it like a pro. I would recommend this trip to someone who needs to transfer between Taurmino and Palermo. Joseph spoke very good English and provided us with some interesting information about Sicily.
