We had a very short visit to KL and wanted to make the most of it. Our guide, Patrick, did a great job of taking us to Batu Caves, Thean Hou Temple, the National Mosque, Merdeka Square and ending the tour at the Petronas Towers and KL City Center. We could never have seen so much in such a short time without this tour !

Had very good and comfortable visit. The attendant was very good. The trip was complete package. best suitable
John_G –
Excellent Tour. Our guide was very accommodating and even suggested an extra visit to the Royal Palace and took great photos of us. Doing the Batu caves early was a good move, so as to avoid the crowds, but we still managed to see all the monkeys as they descended for their morning food. Well planned tour with a great guide.

Louis est un chauffeur très agréable et surtout très attentif. Il nous a fait découvrir les lieux à visiter absolument

We had a nice time. The guide the driver was very knowledgeable. He gave us so many information about Malaysia and was willing to answer any question tear-gassing the culture and the history of Malaysia. He was very understanding and patient as we had our infant with us to the trip. We enjoyed and my kids loved it. They learnt many things about Malaysia and its history.

Kalai, our Guide was so friendly that she made us feel like a family member. We were all senior citizens but she made us very comfortable with all information about the places we visited. Thanks Viator for the arrangements.

Our half day tour took us to interesting places in KL – the places you really want to see but can be a little hard to get to. Our guide was a lovely man who was very informative. The best thing was it was just my husband and I so we could stay in some places a bit longer and not so long in spots we didn’t. It was well worth having a private tour.

The guide did not know about the destinations – made no attempts to explain or give insight into toured areas. Since all the destinations are in the city, I recommend just getting a Grab to all the destinations yourself. It’ll be cheaper.
Izabela_D –
Aru, our driver was fantastic. He was highly knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour and customer interaction. Aru took his time to explain everything on this amazing cultural tour. He went above and beyond the schedule and we would have another tour with him given the chance.
Aaron_K –
Great half day tour of Batu Caves, temples, mosque and other cultural hubs of KL. Highly recommended
Ercilia_A –
Tour guide was not helpful felt more like a driver. No information on any of the sites or the city. Didnt learn anything was just dropped of at every site at the entrance and then picked back up.
Chandni_L –
Louis was a brilliant guide, very knowledgable and gave us some great insight into the culture, history and politics that have shaped Malaysia. He was very flexible about where to take us alongside the key spots and gave us a great overview of the city!

The driver arrived late. At each location when we arrived, he would say “here it is”. There was no guiding, no information provided, and an overall unfriendly tone. The description of the tour on Viator about having a guide is a misrepresentation. At the mosque, I was told all I could do was take a selfie on the curb, which was different than the description about the tour on the Viator website. The driver did not even offer to take the picture, which was a couple feet from the parked car. At Batu Caves, I told the driver that my phone does not work because I don’t have internet access nor a local sim card. When I came back from the Chinese temple, the driver was upset that I took too long and did not answer my phone. He had not told me a time frame nor did he remember that I had informed him of my lack of phone connectivity. He should have set a time expectation. He should never have angrily said to me, “Where were you?” I would like to have a refund for this tour because the experience was awful. It wasted time from my limited vacation days.

The tour was pretty good, I do believe it could be a little more interactive outside of the car. Our guide Wilson was extremely knowledgeable about KL. The tour could add a little more for the price felt more like a normal taxi ride.

Our guide Kaila was amazing!! Happy and full of smiles. She explained things well and enjoyed the tour very much.
Kaila is an asset to your business. Will book and request for her again in the future

最高でした!ドライバーさんも親切で、最後に『あなたがハッピーならぼくもハッピーだよ』と言ってくれたのが印象的です。
色々とガイドをしてくれて、時間も臨機応変に対応してくれて本当に素晴らしい時間でした!

Some comments about whether this is a guided tour or not. It isn’t. But it shouldn’t be. Fouzi, my driver, knew the history and was a great driver and guide in one. Would you expect every person to go walk up 272 steps every time? You can enjoy the sights and it’s entirely possible to enjoy without someone holding your hand.
Men – no need for long pants. The mosque caters to those who don’t have the necessary covering.
EXCELLENT time in KL
