The Safari dune bashing tour is an experience of a lifetime. Thank you to Sadik who was an amazing tour guide. From the ATV quad experience to the fire show experience to the camel riding experience there is not a negative point at all. I highly recommend ABC tours who was great on the pick up and drop off. And customer experience. I will be doing this again this will be a reason I return to Dubai. You cannot come to Dubai and not do this experience it is amazing. Pick up was smooth and easy. We had Naserullah. Extremely friendly polite and funny. Made the ride easy to the drop off point and back to the hotel. Sadhik was our driver for the dune bashing. He was amazing! Took awesome photos and videos for us. Everyone was very friendly at the camp. Definitely recommend!

This experience was good and all staff we met were excellent but the way it was designed was not great. It has been heavily rushed , packed lots of thing in very short time so actual enjoyment seem to disappear.
Originally I was told 15:30pm pick up. Then I received text via WhatsApp about 2:30 pm pick up and then it was confirmed 4:30 pm pick up.
Besides this there was quite pressure to sell VIP lounge tickets which they agreed to offer me a5 £45 dollars.
Pickup tour guide was nice and then transferred to 4×4 for sand dune ride and driver was very skilled . We arrived at camp just before 6pm. They asked to pay £200 AED on 3rd Sept which was more than £45 dollars. Then we had shot time for Camel ride, Sunset point, Sand boarding under less than hour. All was rushed.
Back at camp at VIP lounge but the time we reached food was already being served. While we were talking what was being served the the entertainment belly dancing etc was running. Food serving was one after other so quick so not enough time to enjoy the shows and food. Again it was rush, rush and rush.
In between there was henna painting, Sheeha and by the time it barely finished they were giving us shout to return. It was 8:24 on my clock.
All just squeezed in just over two and half hours !! This was nothing compared to we did Dubai day tour for nearly 10 hours in same price !!
The entire experience was good but it was designed badly on timing and was spoiled.
Tour designer need to allow more time at least few hours more to spread it out evenly.

The 4×4 driver Rasheed made the experience. His driving skills on the sand was amazing. He made sure we were all safe and checked if we wanted more and we all did. Worth the money just for the dune bashing, who knew a 4×4 could be so fun.

I enjoyed everything. I thought the shows will be boring but the performers were highly professional. Camel ride and sandboarding were exciting as I expected. Dune bashing was the highlight. Dinner was much better than I imagined. Possibly some parts of the tour might not meet your standard but this is just a 35 usd tour. you cannot complain at all. + all the guides and staff were nice and friendly 🙂

We had a wonderful driver pick up us on time from our hotel He was friendly and courteous and a safe driver. We picked up 2 other couples at other hotels and we drove to the desert for the sand dune ride. Our dune driver was Rasheed who was bubbly and friendly and he gave us an awesome experience. It is clear that Rasheed lived his job and his joy was contagious to everyone in the jeep.
We did the camel ride and sand boarding and sat on top of the dune to watch the beautiful sunset.
The dinner was tasty and the food was plentiful. The shows were enjoyable It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it.

I really just wanted to ride a camel and that is why we booked this tour. The facilities were sub-par. Our guide barely spoke aside from a quick hello when he picked us up. I would have liked him to point out things along the 45 minute drive to camp and explain what we were doing. Once we arrived they shuffled us into a semi-shaded waiting area and left us there for 30 minutes. It was incredibly hot and they kept coming and getting other groups but ignored ours. We finally had to find a worker on our own who then let us start exploring the grounds and activities. They said we had 1.5 hours which was a lot of time sitting around as we only really wanted to do the camel ride which took 5 minutes. I was quite unimpressed with the excessive wait times and disorganization. Luckily our experiences and photos were just what I was hoping for so that offset my disappointment somewhat. The dune bashing was fun but terrifying. The meal was pretty good for what the facilities were, but the performances were mediocre and the power flickered on and off several times. Next time I would book a different safari and will not be recommending this one to others.

The tour operator needs to remove that this is wheelchair friendly because it is not. I am in a wheelchair and did the tour but could not participate in the activities. I was able to do the dune bashing but that’s because I have some minor strength in my right leg to stand up while crossing over the raised gate. There is no safe access to the stage area where food is served and the extra cost of $15USD for free flowing softdrinks does not exist. If you are able bodied, this would be a great tour but it is falsely advertising the wheelchair accessibility. I could not even use the toilets as the paths to the toilets are undulated at different heights. As a result of the poor access, I fell out of my wheelchair after the final dance performance. The staff were good to help me. Please remove the wheelchair friendly from this tour as a safety issue.

Nothing was special. It’s simply a passing through of masses. No special dessert visible, electricity pylons and air traffic. Poor camels, who walk in circles all day long…
The food was good and so were the shows, but completely without empathy.
Fresh air in the motivation is needed‼️‼️

The tour operator needs to remove that this is wheelchair friendly because it is not. I am in a wheelchair and did the tour but could not participate in the activities. I was able to do the dune bashing but that’s because I have some minor strength in my right leg to stand up while crossing over the raised gate. There is no safe access to the stage area where food is served and the extra cost of $15USD for free flowing softdrinks does not exist. If you are able bodied, this would be a great tour but it is falsely advertising the wheelchair accessibility. I could not even use the toilets as the paths to the toilets are undulated at different heights. As a result of the poor access, I fell out of my wheelchair after the final dance performance. The staff were good to help me. Please remove the wheelchair friendly from this tour as a safety issue.

Amazing from start to finish well organised and staff very helpful, camel ride could have been longer. Plenty of food and drink, excellent value for money.

Great experience, never to be forgotten. The Desert, the Camel ride and the Dune Bashing was soo much fun. Loved it, it’s amust do in Dubai, Great company.

The driver was polite. The Safari itself very disorganized. We had to wait for our dune bashing, because there were not enough cars. Then we were late for other activities, we literally had to run from one to other activity. 😀
Food was very bad, barely eatable. The show was okay, nothing special.
We wouldn’t repeat it.

Vehicle broke down on the way to desert. Company went to some trouble to recover the situation and make sure we had a good afternoon/evening.
Highlight was driving around the dunes.
