We were looking forward to this trip. The company called us on Saturday to say that the Dubai Marathon was taking place on Sunday, and to pick another day to go on. The rang us at 7pm with less then 24 hours notice. We agreed and changed the day. At 4am, my child woke up with a high fever and was unwell. I called and text numerous times asking if we could change the day, but the company refused and kept all our money. They said it was too late notice and that it was a loss to them, even though they had done the exact same thing to us. I changed dates for another thing we had booked and they were happy to change days, they would still be getting our money. This company changed the dates themselves, and wouldn’t even accommodate our request to change and said it was a loss to them! Avoid, avoid, avoid! Nearly £200 down the drain! We can’t control when people get unwell, and this company wanted us to change our original day, which we could’ve attended, instead now, we didn’t see Abu Dubai or get a refund. Terrible customer service!

A very good tour with Biloo (?) our very good tour guide – he was kind and knowledgeable and kept the group together. This tour is mostly in the bus with some brief stops along the way, with a longer stop at the Grand Mosque at the end. Glad we did it. PS. I recommend taking the lunch offer – an incredible buffet with a nice view.

The tour was very well planned and our guide Mr Binu constantly informed us about the past, present and future plans of UAE. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient enough to answer all the questions that we may have about the tour or UAE.
This trip covers only the Grand Mosque in detail rest of the places are just a drive past. If you are looking for the Palace entry please book with that option included as there is no other way to take tickets on the spot. We had a good time on this trip.

We had a great experience with this tour company.. communication was prompt and information was very comprehensive.
The pick up time was given to us the night before the tour and we were collected at the exact time mentioned. Binu the tour guide was very friendly and received us at the hotel.
Our group was a good size which meant we kept to good time at each of the stops.
Binu was very knowledgable about the different locations on the tour. Definite highlights were the heritage village and presidential palace which was marvellous.
The masjid which was the crown piece of the tour was a sight to behold something I will never forget.
I would like to thank Binu and his driver for looking after our family for the whole day during our outing in Abu Dhabi – this is definitely the tour to book!

The tour was amazing and very informative. My phone died during the trip as I had to keep my toddler niece occupied. The tour guide allowed me to take pictures with his phone to capture the moments with my family and then he what’s app messaged me the pictures. My favorite stops were the palace and the Grand Mosque. Our tour guide also cracked a few jokes throughout the trip. It made the trip even more fun

This tour was perfect for a day trip to Abu Dhabi. We had lots of fun with our family. The tour guide Binu was excellent, he had best knowledge of places around Abu Dhabi. The visit to Presidential Palace and Grand Mosque was the main highlight. Do not have expectations for Ferrari theme park or anything else as described in description, it’s just a drive by only or a quick photo stop. They should literally take it off from this tour description as it’s misleading. Overall good for those two attractions.

The tour was as the headline states to the THE MOSQUE AND QASR PALACE AL WATAN-we were very disappointed that we had to wait for about DISAPPOINTED 45 min for a couple who visited the local LOUVER MUSEUM-this visit was not included in this tour and on the other hand we were surprised to find out that we are not going to the palace and just “passing by ” which of course meant you can see nothing -we had to pay extra money and ask the guide to drop us their when the others spent time eating at the mall . VERY DISAPPOINTING .

The tour was excellent, much in part due to the tour guide – Whiskey. He created an excellent experience for me, with his great nature, abundance of knowledge, funny and interesting conversations, and his calm and collected demeanor.
Vis-a-vis the tour, while it was beautiful overall, it felt a tad incomplete, as certain ‘must visits’ of Abu Dhabi were merely just glances, and not actual ‘tours’. I felt like the Louvre museum entry should should have at least been a part of the tour rather than just being taken outside to click photos. I even felt that we should have been given a little more time to spend at the Corniche, or maybe a little more time to explore the famous Yas Island.
Even though I understand that the tour had to be completed in a day, and the package did cover a lot of places, I feel like the time devoted to each attraction could have been altered a little to accommodate the aforementioned sites.
