This was an amazing tour!!! I had a great time with the guide I can’t remember her name but I know she lived in Atlanta at some point in life. She gave a lot of information about the land as we went and history of the country. The landscape and vegetation seen on this tour is incredible. I also really enjoyed learning more about the aboriginal people at the end of the tour.

The company was chosen due to a previous excellent experience with the Emu run tours in Uluru.

We had a great experience. Bluey the driver has incredible knowledge of the history of the area. We had plenty of time to take in the sights. The 4wd bus and driver handled the terrain incredibly well.

  5. Lyn

Everything was excellent including the driver Harry who was very informative and knowledgeable and entertaining.

The landscape in Palm Valley was amazing- especially the flowers and various kinds plants on the shorter of the two walks.

The 4WD was great fun our driver Reese was an expert at driving through very challenging terrain. My highlight was walking up to the ridge at Palm Valley it was a peaceful magical place up on the ridge.
One thing though I would have happily paid more to have been able to spend longer at Hermannsburg precinct. I love history and felt I had to race around quickly reading . There wasn’t time to browse in the shop which was a pity because it’s lovely to have memories of a trip to somewhere I will never be back to.

The highlight of my Australian trip. Bluey’s knowledge was unlimited with a few very interesting stops on the way AND I purchased a painting on the side of the road from an Aboriginal artist who knew we were coming! This is a little island of nature’s beauty, the palms were a focus on the landscape, I enjoyed the walk which I chose to do. Having morning tea and lunch provided definitely added contentment to the group.

Revisiting the valley after over 40 yrs. It was more exceptional with the rim top walk and a wetter than normal year

  14. Pei_S

Palm Valley offers a different view from that of the West MacDonnell Ranges so the bumpy ride and 1 hour track is worth the trip out. Relatively relaxed itinerary.

  15. Yolanda_R

The off-roading was very special, then to come to a place that was beautiful and quiet ,with hardly any people but our group. Wonderfully peaceful time, with a yummy lunch😃

An amazing experience. Well-organised and presented.
Connie the guide was experienced and extremely knowledgeable, great people skills.
PS For the company, a small stool for the ground to first step would be an advantage. We had access to one and it made access and egress to the truck much easier.
