I came on this vacation alone, so this tour helped me get familiar with the city on the first day of my trip so I could feel comfortable exploring the city on my own. Wouldn’t recommend… This tour wasn’t what we had expected. It basically was a driver service. As we drove by landmarks driver did tell us a few key facts & made some stops for photos. We did get to go inside Mosque to take photos. The boat ride was just a ferry ride across to the other side. Maybe 5-10 minute ride. Once across we met Shakeeb & we walked thur The Gold & Spice Souk. With the option to shop. The driver Shakeeb dropped us off to tour Dubai Frame on our own for a hour. Shakeeb was helpful with offering other services. He took us to drive thur covid testing & SkiDubai @ The Mall of Emirates for additional cost.

We saw a lot of different aspects of modern and old Dubai, he knew the best photo stops. The Dubai Frame was also a highlight, the view is spectacular and the glass floor was frightening but awesome! Like the driver Siddique, helpful accommodating and provided bundle of information. Not happy with reservation and people collecting. I paid for adults and children and Viator stating i selected children. All my reservations were children, why would I select children. Reservations with Ginish not understanding and not accommodating, had to pay for additional tickets and did not offer anything or compensation

Out of ALL the tours you on this site, I’m SO happy I chose this one. As a single traveler, I was concerned about taking a tour and getting lost in the masses of big groups. When my tour guide, Shaks, came to pick me up in an SUV with only 2 more passengers, I was thrilled. It was like being on a VIP tour without having to pay the VIP tour prices. We went to all the important landmarks in Dubai and Shaks, who completely enhanced the tour experience, took the best pictures ever! He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was a true gentleman. I highly recommend this tour and if you’re able to book Shaks as your guide, you are guaranteed to have the best experience!

Great Transport, but little else! Driver very efficiently, got us around town. He dropped us off at the venues, and was very prompt about picking us up… He would
drive us to the area of the sites, and say meet him back at the same spot. That was the extent of the “tour”. There was little interaction, no guidance and if you’re looking for any information about what you’re seeing or in-depth knowledge, this is not the tour for you. If you’re just looking for someone to drive you around town, this what you will get with this “tour”. The Driver’s English was poor and he would just yell the words louder, which does not work! He only got out of the car one time and walked ahead of us, again no interaction. On the positive side, he certainly didn’t try to steer us into any shops and high pressure sales.
