This was an amazing tour and worth the money. Mirna was with us every step of the away during the trip with WhatsApp communication. She is wonderful. Lots of cool sights and activities. I would recommend

We were hoping that this would be the highlight of our dream trip to Egypt. It turned into a nightmare.
We had major issues with the boat, the excursions, and dealing with the tour company in particular who ended up abandoning us on the final day (the main sightseeing day).
The boat is described on this page as 5* but it was old, in a state of disrepair and unclean.
There were exposed wires in bedrooms and communal areas. The jacuzzi didn’t work.
We were greeted at the first meal with dirty table cloths. We found 2 cockroaches in our bedroom on the first night (we were moved to another room). After checking out on the final morning I found no toilet roll in any of the communal bathrooms.
The place was shabby, dusty and hadn’t had the interior updated at all to match a 5* rating. It was a 2* boat.
On the excursions, we only got the Egyptologist on one of the trips.
The description isn’t clear but the Abu Simbel journey is a >3 hour drive EACH WAY starting at 4am for a stop which lasts less than 2 hours before heading back.
On the final day of the tour the main excursion trips in Luxor (hot air balloon, Valley of the Kings and more), we were totally abandoned by the tour operator. We were reliant on a friendly other passenger to give us a lift off the boat which was moored a few miles outside of Luxor. We had to arrange our own trips to the Luxor attractions and our own balloon ride the next day (at our own additional expense).
The tour operator said that they delivered our trip “perfectly” and refused our reasonable request of a partial refund. How they can claim this was perfect is beyond me, it was quite simply the worst trip I’ve ever been on. Their refusal to accept responsibility for what is basically false advertising is astonishingly arrogant.
Please avoid this trip at all costs. Be careful when booking a Nile cruise: be sure of what you’re going to get! Ask for pictures of the boat, a full itinerary broken down by time, and clarity about what is and isn’t included. Do not trust this one in particular.

Very enjoyable overall. We had a tight schedule and this trip worked out very well for us. Early starts and busy days but you can relax for plenty of time on the boat deck too. Mirna was very helpful and frequently checked in with us during the trip to make sure all was ok. Overall I would recommend this trip.

Mirna was very very helpful! She deservea all the best for the work and effort! I think she was never sleeping, answering at all time and arranging the trips.
The hot air balloon ride was cancelled due to bad weather and Mirna did her best and reschedule it the next day for us!
Also the cruise ship was very clean, luxurious and nice! I read a review and I was expecting much worse but I was not the case, I enjoyed very much the Nil cruise and the hot air balloon! I recommend!
Just be careful at some guides that might try to scam you with different facilities (prices of boats, tickets and so on).
