Let’s me make this clear. The cruise was amazing and well worth the trip. The views of the palm and JBR are magnificent. The food was enjoyable and plenty of choice for alcohol available. Throughly enjoyed the cruise.
The reason I gave a 1 star was for the booking operator Viator. We booked through this company and they totally messed up and still don’t get what’s wrong after several text messages with the operator. We didn’t purchase the pickup option as it wasn’t available. The departure point given suggested we travelled 14 miles away from JBR to Al mina to get on the cruise. We spoke With several taxis and local boat operators who didn’t know where the address was. The time suggested was 7pm for a 7.30pm departure. Because we was looking all around the marina at JBR for the mega yacht we thought we was late as we arrived at 7.15pm. Turns out the checkin wasnt until 7.45pm. Viator seems to have the wrong information on their booking.
Would recommend the cruise but maybe book local at pier 7 in the marina if your interested.

Kudos to this company for encorporating the grand opening of AIN Dubai. It made it an over the top experience! The ship was beautiful, but really big making for a large scale dinner experience/party. If you are looking for something more intimate, this is not your trip. The food was good. We did have an issue with buying a bottle of wine. They did not have the bubbly we selected off the menu. They ended up giving us a regular, warm bottle of wine and still charged the bubbly price. That was a little disappointing, but it was most likely just an accident. Overall we enjoyed our time.

It was very disappointing, the check in was very disorganized, the food buffet was ok but not for a “luxury mega yacht”. The drinks were horrible they didn’t know how to mix the cocktails

No way was this a 7* trip. The Yacht was impressive but that’s where it stopped. Massive queue for food which wouldn’t look out of place in a school dinner hall. Staff were asking people to wear masks and if they refused staff let them carry on . No social distancing what so ever. No air conditioning downstairs. Managed to find a small table on the top deck by the stairs . When staff started to lower the roof so the yacht could get under the bridges people were standing on the stairs breathing over us and watching us eating our dinner. Was not expecting it to be like a party boat. Expected prime dining and a better buffet than was provided. The trip spoilt our 25th wedding anniversary celebration !

This is the most misleading title this trip could have. There was nothing luxury about it. The food was really bad, the restaurant smelled of cooked food so badly that till the end of the trips our clothes smelled as if we have dipped them in s frying pan. It cannot be called a cruse also since 90% of the time the boat was not moving. In addition, the trip was supposed to last for approximately 2 hours and a half while it actually came back after 4 hours and a half due to which we missed prepaid tickets for Burj Khalifa visit. The most disappointing experience we had in Dubai

Finding the yacht, getting in line with the people and finally going inside, right at seven we went and had our Buffet, then we went upstairs, listen to the music, and the different shows they would show in between songs and actually announcing after the side while we were in the ocean doing things telling us stories

Depois de me deixarem para fora do barco com meu marido por 1:30, ai resolveram me deixar embarcar ! Vcs não me deram um retorno pelo WhatsApp, tentei ligar na hora no número de contato ao cliente, mandei mensagem pra vcs e nada !!!
Atendimento e o jantar que servem no barco são péssimos, não jantamos, comida com aparência horrível, sabor nem sei, porque não jantamos, de 7 estrelas não tem nada, deve ser 1 estrela e olha lá, bem popular mesmo…… foi péssimo do início(por parte da VIATOR) ao fim !
