I already read a lot of reviews and I knew that it was going to be mediocre so I was not surprised. I just did it because it was one of the highlights of Dubai, once in a lifetime thing. It was a 2 hour cruise and we opted for hotel pickup. It was not confirmed till the date of tour that someone is going to pick us up so I was skeptical till the last moment but as I said this was not a surprise for me. We do got picked up from hotel and were brought to the docking area. Fortunately got upper deck which was a good surprise. The first 1 hour was nice as we were excited about the lights nearby, the view and everything after that it got boring. Food was very average and as a lot of reviews, mentioned people just jumped on to it nobody organised that part. Dessert was amazing. Falcon show was there and we did not know that we are suppose to pay for the photos that was quite upsetting. Tanoura dance show was there but I did not realized when did it started. Belly dance was not there on the upper deck don’t know about the lower. We didn’t enjoy the trip much it was quite average but we had already experienced buffet, dance and fire shows at desert safari which was far amazing than cruise so we didn’t miss on anything.

Views was only good thing. I’m a pregnant woman and when arrived asked for cola and was told there is none. Asked for ice for my water. There was none. At dinner time they brought cola out even though its advertised ‘unlimited soft drinks’. Waste of money

Felt really uncomfortable, the boat trip wasn’t as described and didn’t go around area stated online. Felt false advertisement. Spent almost £100 the food wasn’t nice, they played indian music only and my son who is 10 didn’t understand or enjoy as the atmosphere was not child friendly. The English music played was inappropriate also.

Transfer didn’t picked up us but I paid for it. Nobody answered the phone when we called a lot of times to them. There was just Indian music all the time. Not enough places for people, so we had to sit with lot of different strangers because all tables were engaged.

The photos are misleading. There is no glass boat. A tired boat which needs to be updated. The food was average. Needs a lot of improvement for the price charged. Served vegetarian lentils gravy and rice, oily fried chicken wings and chicken pieces, dried out pasta. One dessert for everyone , most peeps didn’t get to eat. Salads were not bad. One entertainment, not many as advertised. DJ played Indian music near the end of the ride.

We have tickets that state that we will be picked up at 6:30 pm but might possibly be as late as 7pm and that pickup will be at The Radisson Blu Waterfront. We waited till 7:20 pm and when no one came, we tried to call the tour operator but never only kept reaching an answering machine. We followed up this morning with a letter asking for a refund, but gave received no response from the tour operator.
