Very informative great scenery small group very comfortable boat even in the choppy seas knowledgeable skipper

  3. Liz_M

The guide was very good, friendly and well informed there just wasn’t much to see, interesting if you haven’t done a boat trip before. Even though we witnessed a seal eating a mantra ray, which was amazing, otherwise it was viewing suburbs and rocks not of much interest to me.

  4. Graeme_B

Andrew our skipper was very informative, told us lots of history about the harbour, we only had a couple of people onboard so had plenty of room to move about the boat

  5. Herman_C

Great afternoon tour as I have nothing planned for my days in Hobart then found this tour and it was a great experience

  12. Tegan_W

We enjoyed a boat ride to Iron Pot Lighthouse. We were super impressed that we got a tour of the Derwent River and commetary all the way down to Iron Pot Lighthouse (our destination), and then all the way back again! This trip included so much more than I expected. Sam was our skipper who was super knowledgeable, had plenty of time to answer questions and just chat with visitors. Would certainly recommend this experience to others.

    Our Guide/skipper Luke’s smooth ride and commentary👍
Beside the oldest light house, we saw some sea caves, seagulls natural habitat and finished the tour with a pod of Dolphins 😍 just at the city front !

  16. Allan_T

It was fantastic to cruise around the river and view Hobart from the water, the fast boat was great and highly recommend it.

  17. Courtney_B

The whole experience was incredible. Fantastic communication from Pennicott Journeys before the day, very knowledgeable guides and plenty of photo opportunities. We travelled with a less mobile elderly passenger and this was no issue at all. Discovering the geography and history of the Hobart city coast and D’Entrecasteaux Channel is fascinating!

  18. Sandy_C

Luke was a guide excellent. The pod of dolphins that dropped by unexpectedly was certainly the highlight! 🐬 It was a great trip highly recommend 🙏
