Such an amazing experience!! Lovely and hospitable crew 😊 with great knowledge and also had to mention our driver that got us to and from the habour. My partner has been to one in the GC and she says “it’s no where near as good”, and to us the experience and knowledge of where the whales were were fantastic!! Definitely 10/10

Loved this experience. Plenty of room on the boat, which was clean and had great food included (arvo tea and dinner).
The captain was so knowledgeable and his love for the whales was evident, he spoke with awe, wonder and delight as though he was seeing these beautiful animals for the first time – loved his fatherly laugh when the baby would do tail slapping and rolls.

There are a number of whale watching cruise options in Hervey Bay. We chose WhaleSong and had a fantastic experience. Captain Rick was great, offering insight and commentary that was engaging; he and the crew making for a memorable afternoon. We saw a good number of whales, with Rick being mindful of not encroaching on their space. Food great. Highly recommend.

We saw quite a few mothers with their baby hump-back whales and the captain of the boat went out of his way to locate them and bring the boat as close as possible. A great day out and the customer service of the staff was amazing, from the phone calls to make sure we got on the shuttle bus, to the driver of the shuttle bus (who also happened to be the captain), the staff on the boat were great and the whole day was wonderful. Would highly recommend!
