This was a fantastic activity and worth every penny. We were picked up at our hotel as arranged and after a few other pick ups we were on the road. It was a good 3+ hours getting there on the old road. Harry was very good at keeping us informed of what we were seeing and doing. On arrival at the dock, it was very well organized and we were on board quickly. We ate our meal first….which was fantastic. I’m vegan and the number of vegan dishes they brought me was astounding. Sooo good. We traveled out through the rock formations which was soo beautiful. The stop at the caves was another great visit…what an amazing site. And lastly, we had the option of kayaking or riding the boat….we went on the boat. What a great adventure through the caves. Our trip back to the harbor was fantastic and the quicker ride home on the expressway was wonderful. We were back to our hotel and tired out by about 7:30. No complaints…our driver was amazing and Harry did a great job of including everyone

Very well-organized trip. There was so much food for lunch, we couldn’t finish.
What I didn’t like that much was that I felt were in a hurry all the time. We were supposed to arrive back in Hanoi at 7-7:30, but we were back at 6:30. I felt like we could stay more and enjoy the views or kayak for longer..
We entered the boat at 12:00 and exited it at 16:00, which means it was only 4 hours spent on the boat (1 hour spent in a cave). Too little for me 🙂

From start to finish this tour was brilliant! Our tour guide Benjamin was very nice and hat lots of knowledge about Vietnam. He spoke very good English with a great sense of humour! If we had more time we would have probably opted for the 2 day / 1 night tour but the one day was great. The scenery was beautiful and well worth the 3 hour drive from Hanoi. The highlight for me was kayaking through the cave which is included in the price of the tour – you can also opt for a small boat with a driver through the caves which looked good too. The seafood lunch was very nice with plenty of food to go around! Overall I would definitely recommend this tour
