It was an amazing trip for me and my family!
I think the best part of this tour is the guide himself – Nam is like a walking history book! His knowledge about Vietnam history is very impressive. He is also very friendly and helpful, he is definitely the best guide to show you around Ha Noi and neighboring areas.
We visited many beautiful places, and the lunch was superb. The boat we took also have a very comfortable deck to chill and enjoy the sceneries. Highly recommended =)

The trip was great from start to finish.
Max was amazing. He’s knowledgeable and speaks good English.
He contacted me the night before to advise me that they will pick us up from our hotel even though ours wasn’t in their pickup zone.
Trip was smooth. Driver wasn’t a fast driver but we got there eventually. We had a quick pit stop for a 5 minute break and then stopped at a Pearl farm too.
At Halong bay, we got into a 2 level ship. It had toilets. We had a seafood meal. It was nice and plenty for us. Drinks were cheap but not included in the ticket. Did all the activities.
Everything was great. Nice beach was there if you want to swim. They allowed time for a swim or stair climb to the top for a viewing point.

They will pick you up where you stay. They may late because of traffic. The Tour Guide was a good guy who speaks in English very well and explains everything in details, especially, history of the city. I enjoyed delicious seafood. Just make sure you will climb up many stairs haha. After them, my legs were shaking.
