The guide was very good, informative and professional. The tour was much longer than half day (09:00~14:30) and we were a bit worried about getting back to our cruise ship on time but the guide made sure that we returned to our ship by the required time. Very happy about their courteous services.

Very well planned tour, the guides were very knowledgeable, witty, extremely helpful and spoke very good english.
The boat driver was az competent as the guides; hence brilliant.
The visit to the “fake fish farm” was very enjoyable, with very good explanations/demonstrations.
The boating/ exploring the mangroves, crocodile cave, bat cave (with lots of bats), the eagle feeding, etc FANTASTIC, the lunch was also good. Altogether a great tour.

Great way of exploring the Kilim Geoforest area in Langkawi. Hotel
pick up in minibus then onto a small river boat. Visit a bat cave / mangrove area , then onto a river tour to see eagles and fish farm. A further ride out to sea, a short stop at a beach for paddling / quick swim (or stay on boat) and then back to fish farm for lunch/ drink. All in all a fabulous half day ( actually more like 5 hours). Lovely guide with great knowledge of the flora and fauna of this area. Small group made it more personal.

We had pictured something entirely different when we signed up for this cruise. We had pictured sailing slowly down the river looking for flora and fauna. Instead the boat sped along very, very fast crashing against the waves. The engine noise drowned out the guide’s voice and we felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Perhaps that is entirely our fault because others appeared to be enjoying themselves.

Overall a good 1/2 day tour. The mangroves are beautiful and seeing the eagles was mesmerising. The entry to the bat caves (2RM each) was not included which I found strange, so ensure you have the cash. Lunch was average -small portion of chicken and rice at a fish farm. Toilet facilities were disgusting – make sure you pack tissues! Worth doing for the nature for sure – just keep your belongings away from the monkeys!

We loved everything, the best for me was the monkey’s, and the landscape (mangrove)
The driver of our boat was amazing and made sure we saw everything. The transportation to the starting point was really cramped. I barely had any leg room, my husband’s knees were just about the same height as his knees. I am 5’3″ and hubby is 6′. The transportation in the way back to the hotel was better.

The wildlife just blew us away. Bonus, it was a fun, speed boat ride back. Very warm day, fast boat, wind whistling through, & no mosquitoes (for which we thank the bats).
