Le guide était parfait 👍🏾 il a fait son maximum, par contre la société VIATOR n’a pas respecté le contrat payé d’avance la commande prévoyait un GUIDE FRANÇAIS, et nous avons eu un guide qui ne parlait qu’en ANGLAIS.
Nous n’avons pas compris grand chose, heureusement que nous avions nos yeux 👀 !

The host was pretty knowledgeable in the many different aspects of the city.. I don’t know if I read the itinerary wrong but I was expecting for us to stop by the Burj Khalifa. However, all he did was briefly talk about it.

The half day tour was not at all what we expected and what was outlined in the tour details.
As soon as we boarded the van with the tour guide, the first question he asked us was if we had an itinerary. That was the first red flag as there was supposed to be a planned itinerary for us. We are tourists first time in the city so we have no idea where to go and what to see. The tour guide’s microphone was also broken so only in the first row of the van could hear what the tour guide was saying. For the people in the back of the van it was basically a ride around the city, not a tour.
We expected to visit the following locations but were not taken here by tour guides:
Dubai Museum and Al Fahidi Fort
Bur Dubai Abra Dock Water taxi Ride
Photo stop at Burj Al Arab (only stopped at Jumeirah Beach for photo)
Souk Madinat Jumeirah
The Walk at JBR
Photo stop at Atlantis Marina (Just a drive by)
All in all, missing six stops out of eleven on the original itinerary provided by Viator is not what we expected at all.
Please try to avoid this tour and go for another one instead.

Not all tours are the same, this one was amongst the very best. I had a Marvelous half day out. A perfect way to see the highlights of Dubai. This is an excellent tour. Bilil is Charming, and knowledgable and has a good sense of knowing when to talk and not to just say something for the sack of it. This is a well paced tour with plenty of stops and convenient breaks along with the very best photo opportunity stops to capture the wonderful architectural delights and scenery of Dubai.
Thank you Bilil for a brilliant, and visually stunning day out, he is Passionate about Dubai, a passion that is infectious, Bilil knows allot and showed us some beautiful areas including the Dubai marina, with the tallest apartment building in the world. The old spice Souk markets and new market mall. Le Mer beach the Burj Al Arab Hotel the worlds only seven star hotel along with Palm Jumeirah island and the Atlantas hotel.
Excellent information and interesting facts of the history and future of Dubai. There was a lovely final photo stop on the way back looking at the city and the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, Beautiful. Bottle water Is supplied and the car very comfortable and spacious with air conditioning. I highly recommend this tour for the perfect way to get a feel of the city, it’s highlights and your bearings for places you might want to go back too and spend more time.

Irshad was very knowledgeable about in and out of Dubai area, quite understanding and accommodative to our needs and went above and beyond our expectations with the trip. Cost effective package, highly recommended. We definitely are planning to do a repeat later.

Ganesh provided our group with excellent explanations of the different areas of Dubai. He personalized the tour according to our interests with stops for photos, shopping, refreshments, appreciating the beach and experiencing various neighborhoods. He especially went out of his way to make sure my husband saw the exterior of Burj-Khalifa taking our picture with it in the background. He made our visit to Dubai very special.

We were picked up late then he was unsure what tour we had. Drove around while sick with runny nose. Showed us little but made sure that we went a museum which was a store that we were trapped in for an hour with people trying to sell us things. He then took us to another store where you are hounded to buy overpriced junk. Horrible experience

Macchina nuovissima e pulitissima, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante ma non tenuta troppo alta. Per il servizio avuto, il costo è stato più che adeguato.

I had thought this would be a small group tour but it wasn’t. After spending far too much time collecting people on a coach we were taken to a spice shop where we were hassled to buy things that were far more expensive than other shops we visited which were not part of this tour. We were then dropped at the side of a busy road to take a photo of a random mosque. This took up the first two hours of the tour.
This was followed by a trip to an Islamic art centre which was quite interesting, although once again there was a focus on trying to get us to buy things. The next stop was a photo stop at the Burj Al Arab followed by a 30 minute or so stop at Palm Jumeirah. The guide had some interesting commentary at times but in my opinion this was an expensive trip for the little amount that we saw and the fact that we wasted so much of our (short) time in Dubai sitting in a vehicle whilst the operator did hotel pick up and drop offs.
