Our tour guide was very informative and aware of our culture and current events in our country. The tour was awesome – he even took us to a local area of the Souk where they sold the items we mentioned we were looking for (watches, handbags, belts, etc.). We spent an hour there and then continued on our tour.
I would highly recommend this activity to others.

Pick up time of 9.30 was given. Picked up 12pm! Poor communication via grayline re this. We had to chase. Varying excuses and scanty info
Minibus arrived. Filthy, driver had mask on chin, no wifi, no ac. (info of tour stated ac/WiFi). We took photos of all this as proof. Driver said ‘not my problem’ when we expressed frustration at being so late. Driver missed end stops saying we saw them on our way to pick other guest (who didn’t wait). Prerecorded audio – out of sync of where we were and driver refused to pause when asked him to when he told us to get off bus for site stops. He was rude and shouted at us for no reason. We had a 5 min stop and he was sleeping with doors unlocked with our belongings inside. All in all, poor experience and would never book again.
Contacted gray line who refused a refund saying the driver said tour was done as stated. I contacted viator who were very kind and refunded the tour cost.
If like me, you wish to gain knowledge and have some human interaction, ask questions etc – nook another company! Avoid grayline.

It was ok, But in the car was So hot, because the AC it s to small and don t have power to a bus for 10-12 people. When you stop to a place, you have like 5-10 minutes ( 15 maximum just for The Palm) to Take pictures and this is not very very ok because it s So HOT outside and you need to run :))).
But comparatively with the price we pay it was very ok, because you see a lot of snapshot points of Dubai with Little money ( if you Take Uber from one point to another you spend over 500AED) So, go, because it s Worth it ❤️.

The tour guide was great and explained additional information on Dubais history.
The photo locations were not always the good once. Most of the time to narrow or to far away from the object you want to have on a picture.

It wasn’t a bad tour got to go round and see a few places you don’t get to see the palms like in there photo and also the driver said I can take you to one more attraction which turned out to be some place they wanted you to buy clothing,carpets and goods everyone was sat around not knowing what to say feeling very uncomfortable sorry to say we would not go on this tour again

Visitor should stop lying to clients, you said the was a pick up and drop off at the hotel,and no it wasn’t, the tour guide was not too kind , the transport was the worst, viator even charges more money than other sides for this ridiculous trip. Get your staff together and charge customers fairly for this tour . I wish there was zero star or way I can get my refund,

Tour was good apart from the fact that the tour description stated pick-up and return to hotel included in the price but when we boarded the coach the guide said ‘returns’ not included! As I was staying at The Palm Jumeirah, it was a long trek back to my hotel by taxi as we were all dropped off at Deira City Mall at the end of the tour!
