The trip was saved by the Whale watching, but the crew was clearly aware that Molokini was not going to be snorkel-able before we departed. We wasted 3 hours out to Molokini, only to turn around and snorkel right off the west side of Maui at Olowalu. It was fun but I feel like they should have offered a partial refund or some sort of compensation. They knew it was too windy and kept saying you never know what can happen which I felt was bull. They knew.

Wonderful snorkeling adventure! The crew were excellent, knowledgeable about all aspects of the trip, and attentive to every need of their guests. We saw tons of fish at molokini and a turtle at turtle town. The only reason that this is not a five-star review is that I intentionally booked a trip on a much smaller boat (malolo) to try to avoid crowds and I intentionally did not book a trip on the larger Claypso both to avoid crowds and to avoid the slides that are so heavily marketed with this boat. Nevertheless, for whatever reason, the tour company switched us, and several others, to Calypso. The experience was still great, however it would have been nice to know of the switch prior to arriving at the dock so that I could have the chance to reschedule for the experience I wanted.

Very good adventure! The boat and crew were top of the line! They took us to the most amazing places to snorkel and see beautiful fish and turtles! The equipment was great, the snacks and meal was wonderful! The photographer had good equipment and his photos were awesome!

Best snorkeling trip ever!! Both snorkeling locations were great and we saw so many fish, turtles and whales. The food was amazing and the crew made everything so much fun. We even got ice cream on the way back and saw 2 whales swim under the boat. Highly recommend this trip.

We had a great trip. All but one of your staff members were outstanding, friendly & courteous. The food was great & the captain went out of his way to make it a great experience as a whale watching tour, as well as a snorkeling tour. The issue not only my family but others we talked to on the top deck was all about the mannerism of the slimmer guy in his 30’s with tattoos, he wasn’t exactly rude but we all thought he was very short with everyone & came across as though he owns the boat, I also didn’t care for how he talked to one of his coworkers after she accidentally dropped a wrapper but quickly retrieved it before it went over the side. He differently stands out as being rude when he’s surrounded by the rest of the sweet staff. ( BTW, this is not just my opinion but also others who said they would also write a review) regardless we will highly recommend this tour to our friends who visit Hawaii frequently as we do.

We had a wonderful time snorkeling and swimming with the turtles. They do a five star rating for safety, food, equipment and crew… all was top notch!
I only gave them four because it was too crowded. Everyone was squeezed in on the boat, snorkeling and turtle snorkeling.
Truly, aside from too many people the experience was very good.

The post is very deceiving. You will not be on the catamaran malolo as pictured. You will be on a crowded triple decker boat, herded on like cattle. My partner and I don’t like crowds which is why I was looking for a smaller boat. I specifically didn’t book cheaper tours because they were honest and showed their large boats.
When i went to find someone to talk to about it another woman had already beat me to it and the manager just pretended there was no problem at all, he said “don’t worry about it you’re going to have a great time” and walked away from us.
Aside from being lied to and disregarded, being on a boat that crowded meant our allotted space to swim at molokini was insanely crowded and honestly it was terrifying. I am a scuba diver, surfer and very confident swimmer and I was not comfortable being in water that crowded constantly being entangled with strangers.

This experience was MAGICAL! Truly one of a kind and no trip to Maui would be complete without it. Additionally, the crew was the nicest and most hopeful group of people I’ve experienced! I couldn’t recommend this excursion enough, we’ll definitely be doing it again if we return to Maui.

They really shouldn’t bring us out when the wave at the site is 5 feet high and the wind is 50 mph. They are understaffed and the snorkeling site was completely chaotic, several people yelled out for help while 1/3 of the guests got sea sick because of the high waves. I personally threw up 3 times because of sea sickness, And as a regular swimmer, I almost had no control over myself in those waves and scraped my knee.
And with this, they asked me for a $20 tip.

The staff were really great and informative. They stopped us for whale watching, took us to a popular reef with turtles, fish and other sea animals. Although the weather conditions didn’t allow us to go to Molokini, they gave us a boat tour around Maui and gave us more time to spend with the turtles. Lastly they were so accommodating to everyone that got sea sick, nicest staff ever!

The Captain and his crew were so attentive and communicative. We had first time snorkelers with us and they had a BLAST. The food was wonderful and this is 💯 the best charter on the island!
