The lower rating is related to the fact that we did not stop to eat the whole day and didn’t know to bring something because there would be no place to get anything, the driver was hard to understand and not very informative, the driving was scary at times, and the car was shabby with an odor.

It was great tour, our driver Tina was the best driver/tour guide which I ever met. He told us so a lot of interesting information about Malaysia. His driving abilities was very professional and it was very good car with air condition. Driver always was very polite and was ready to make a stop at any time if necessary. He arrived to our hotel 10 minutes before our tour start. Cameron Highlands with it’s tea plantations was super great. We were very happy with this tour, recommend to any who is interested to see nice nature of Malaysia and learn a lot of things about it’s culture and people.

Amazing, different experience, the weather was wonderful. The driver was so nice and helpful, get lots of information and historical background
I recommend more days for the trip because one day is not enough, you need 3 hours driving from KL

Een lange auto tourtocht maar veel gezien. Een super auto en Ilias een hele goede aardige chaufeur. De lavendel en aardbeien farms hadden voor mij niet gehoeven.

Cameron Highlands is a fine place to see in this world, but it takes about 3 hours to reach there. For our chance it was a weekend day and was full of locals Very crowded but worth to see

Is a full day activity but you will spend 75% of the day inside a car or a van (very confortable by the way). Is a way to visit other parts of Malaysia for those tourists want to see more than only KL city. But definetly to far on distance and two of us were car sick because of the mountain road and speedy manner (only way to make it possible in one day) of the driver/guide (safe and professional…but speedy)

The trip was amazing though the traffic from Cameron to Cactus valley was terrible. Our host Uganesh was absolutely amazing, a professional and a friendly person . The organiser was excellent, very good communication and informative

The places that we visited are far from the city but it was enjoyable because the driver was so friendly and he was trying his best to really connect.

A fascinating, if long, day visiting the Cameron Highlands from Kuala Lumpur, involving some temples, some shopping, and the highlight – a visit to a tea estate.

BOH Tea plantation, having tea there, shopping at the retail store. Cool temperature, soothing scenery, back-to-nature experience.

Overall a nice experience, but I can say the tour is very expensive for what it offers.
Stopping in the Batu Caves saved us some time from the next days.
The Cameron Highlands are good to see, especially for tea lovers but I expected more iconic landscapes. The tea we tried was great, but finally not a must see place! The Buddhist temple and the night market were great and so full of culture, something difficult to find in big cities (especially in Kuala Lumpur). Though, the rest of the stops are nothing special, just a waste of time and money in the markets there.
The timing is strict, so we had really limited time in the temple and the market which were the best out of the trip. The road is full of curves, and especially if it is raining this will be a bad experience for people suffering from nausea.

This is the second time out of two tries with Viator that I felt the product was misrepresented. I was looking for a tour with a guide. I got a driver who barely said a word to me during an 11-hour excursion. He had few facts to offer and asking questions provided dubious results. TIP: make sure the “tour” you sign up for is really a tour and not just transportation.

Hi this experience was terrible ,13 hours we were in a small car , no leg space, and minimal air con, it took 7 hours before we got to cameron highlands . Our tour guide only spoke when we pulled up to get out of car. Because we ran late , we missed out on cactus farm and temple / mosque as they were closed. We also didn’t stop for dinner and driver was sometimes exceeding limit on freewsy by 30km . I would not recommend this day trip to anyone, very disappointed
