we enjoyed sandboarding down the dunes, went to the pinnacles to see the unique rocks where we watched the sunset. It was a wonderful sight. Dinner was hotdogs and bbq sausages with different sides and wine tasted amazing. We then went to the national park and even though the weather was not in our favour and we couldn’t stargaze at the desert, we were still able to look at the sky full of stars and the moon using out binoculars as well as the telescope. Recommend to go!

I had a great time. It was great to learn about the native plants and tried a few of them too. The pinnacles are very impressive and the Dreamtime stories just made it very special. Meeting up with the second bus made it like a big expedition however I was one of the unlucky ones at the end of the line at food time and only had a spoon full of potato salad to go with the snags. They mentioned they bought a new bus but it had broken down, so they had a replacement one in the mean time. I was also the unlucky one that had the return journey with the wheel well spot and to top it off an overt friendly seat mate. Hopefully the new bus is fixed and the bodies are not fit in like sardines for future trips. Even with a couple of little niggles it didn’t detract from the amazing trip.

Our tour guide Sam was brilliant. Super friendly chatty and knowledgeable on route to Pinnacles. Comfy mini bus. Great fun on sand dunes! Enjoyed the stop off at hangover bay and listening to information given on bushwalk/ medicine uses of native flowers etc. star gazing was amazing and experience we will never forget, clouds finally cleared and we had a view of Saturn and Jupiter (by two fantastic telescopes ) Brief talk of the universe and planets was given. Bbq was good. Hot dogs and lots of salads to chose from. All in all a really memorable afternoon and evening. Thank you!
