We thought what we requested when originally purchased the Ferry, Bus and Lunch and was ticked on our original reservation but when arriving at the office/counter to collect our tickets we were informed our reservation did not include Lunch and the young women could not find our original reservation on the computer even though I had a hard copy she did not want to know about it and had no authority to sort it out – how convenient
So the lesson here is not to expect what you ordered but what they want to give you as you cannot sort out the problem at the counter as there is no one with authority to help.

The staff were helpful and informative. The trip went off without a hitch. The boat and the bus were clean and well presented and to top it off we picked the weather just right. The quokkas at the port on the island were a pain, as are the local seagulls, but ya gotta expect that

Great tourist activity that knocks off a few items on the “must do Perth” itinerary at once – a cruise on the Swan and the trip to Rottnest. There was enough time between arriving on Rottnest to explore the township on foot, take the obligatory Quokka selfie and have a bite to eat before embarking on the Discovery bus tour. Then finally back on the boat to head back to Perth to round out a long but enjoyable day!
