We took a full day tour to the Champagne region on September 25th. Our guide was Batiste. He was amazing. He text us the day before to confirm our pickup. He was actually running early the morning of pick up and text us his ETA. He was right on time. He spoke perfect English, he was very professional and personable. He went the extra mile for all 6 of us on the tour. It was one of our favorite memories of France. I would recommend this tour and Batiste to all fellow travelers.

Fantastic full-day excursion! Our guide, Tom, was excellent, very knowledgeable, funny, kept us all engaged and smoothly executed every step of the day making it feel seamless. We felt very well-taken care of and learned so much! The door-to-door service was excellent, the champagne houses were excellent, the lunch was amazing. This was a once-in-a-lifetime thing to do and it’s worth doing right with this company.

Excellent experience, our guide Thomas is prepared and very attentive, in addition to keeping the group in synergy, he has extensive technical knowledge and a well-planned itinerary, we first went to a very famous cooperative in the region, Nicolas Faullete, where we were able to know the whole process production of champagne where we could taste some labels, after we had an incredible lunch in a beautiful hotel located in an exuberant landscape of the vineyards. In the afternoon we went to the Mercier Champagne House, where we enjoyed a tour under the immense underground cellars with tasting. Then we made a stop to enjoy the landscape of the vineyards, tasting another excellent label. We end with a visit to Reims Cathedral. During the tour, Thomas made a point of stopping at other Champagne houses like Moet Chandon for anyone who wanted to shop. Unhurried tour, very fun and informative, I recommend it!!
