Overall this experience was great. The snorkeling was breathtaking and an experience I will cherish for many years to come. The staff were really nice and welcoming making the experience more comfortable. A downside was inside the vessel as the air conditioning was set way too cold and was an unpleasant experience inside.

Efficient organization, very helpful staff, my wife does not swim well she was accompanied by a girl from the organization (thanks again Cindy) and she was able to enjoy the dive anyway. The sea conditions were difficult but we always felt safe following the directions of the boys who went into the water with us. The wonderful reef, a fascinating underwater world, at the end of the first dive you can’t wait to go back to snorkeling on the second daily dive.

This is a well-staffed boat with a strong beginner scuba program. During the ride to our dive sites, there were paperwork and classes for intro and advanced scuba clients. We were among just a handful of snorkel clients, but got a class on safety and rules for the water activities. They handed out necessary equipment. Including full coverage rash guards to protect against jellyfish stings.
Once we got to the first dive site, there was assistance into the water as needed. The staff was everywhere to help you, including in the water with brightly colored rings. They offered information about the fish and coral formations. After an ample lunch that addressed vegetarian and vegan diets, we moved to another, deeper site just a few hundred yards away. Safety, sun protection, and environment were continually addressed. No one was allowed in the water after they started drinking.
The boat had about 80 passengers and 20 staff. The snorkeling views were colorful and clear. Wonderful!
