The activity we booked was weather related,which we were aware of,so we didnt get to go on the day we had booked.We were rescheduled for the next day but the weather was also a problem but we got to do the 20minute flight with a glacier landing instead of the 30minute one.We highly recommend this activity but make sure you allow extra time in the area in case of the weather

Unfortunately weather stopped us landing on fox glacier which I desperately wanted to do BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY was the fact that they cram 6 people on the flight people in the back play the same money but see alot less on the flight. PILOTS SHOULD do a 360 so everyone on the left or right side see all views, All I wanted was to see FOX glacier, I was on left side and DID NOT see it at all. I pay same money not right. I asked to swap people from front to back I was given excuses such as weight. That may be correct but if all passengers were similar in weight this should be an issue on moving. They refused to swap. I had very limited views sitting in thre back.. i raised after to a staff member that pilots should do a 360 deg around in several spots, i was told flight path doesn’t allow this. I have flown cessna aircrafts myself and iknow its visual and you don’t need to change path just a circle. Poor excuse, just unfair when paying same money and you cannot see what you pay for

Notwithstanding that my flight was not going to be until the following day, the ‘front office’ advised me that it might be a good plan to take the flight whilst I visited them on account of inclement weather the following day. Both of those things happened!
1. I took the (shortened) flight whilst I was there!
2. IT DID RAIN the following day!
