Our guide was Steven and he was fantastic. So enthusiastic, knowledgeable and you could tell he loved his job. The airboat was great, we managed to spot a few wild alligators out in the water and then enjoyed a small informative and fun show afterwards. They have a nice shop there, filled with gifts, souvenirs and drinks and also have toilets. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this trip. Parked right outside, redeemed booking inside a well stocked gift shop and was on our airboat within a few minutes. Our guide, Roger was great. He took us out in the airboat and stopped for photos every time we saw something of interest. We were lucky and had an alligator cone up so close to the boat. Included in the ticket price was a wildlife show. A short, informative and very humorous talk about alligators and crocodiles where you get the chance to see some at a very close range. On site there is also a restaurant, gift shop and toilets.

The check-in process was a breeze, my tickets were not able to download but I had confirmation. The cashier was able to pull up the reservation not problem! Titio was our driver he was knowledgeable about the Everglades and cool! We saw a few animals but it was just cool to be in the Everglades period. The show was great I forgot the host name but he was soooo funny and cool and knowledgeable. Glade I went to this boat ride definitely recommend.
