This was such a great day trip! The sites we visited were sooo beautiful, we first went to this small secluded island that was gorgeous (one of the clearest water I have ever seen and I am from the Caribbean) . We then arrived at a location near these beautiful rocks where the water was essentially a clear pool, we all got to jump from the top of the boat and snorkle around. Lastly we ended in Cast Away island where we were greeted with delicious food and wine! One of our guides even offered us a walking tour of the island and explained how the Cast Away movie was filmed. This was by far one of my favorite days in Fiji! Excellent price for everything you get. Not to mention how attentive and helpful the staff was with everything. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic tour! The gentlemen on the crew and the captain were unbelievably hospitable! Had an amazing experience with two friends, the islands we visited were breathtaking! The lunch was delicious, and the drinks kept flowing all tour hahah! Absolutely fantastic!

Amazing. Simply perfect. We took our sons (age 6 and 8) and they snorkeled for hours without complaint. It is a long day so be mindful that by 8 hours, it is 8 hours. That is not a complaint but just an FYI. The lunch was delicious. The staff amazing. This is not a training course so if you’re wanting a snorkeling 101 this is not it. That is actually one of the best things about this tour, in my opinion. The safety instructions were quick and efficient and then they let us just have fun. So beautiful. Unforgettable.

The trip was cancelled at last minute due to “choppy water”. I only got the notification while waiting for their driver to pick me up from my hotel. I was unable to arrange for a different tour by then. I ended up wasting my only free day, watching YouTube n surfing Facebook in my hotel room in Fiji.

We had such a great day. We were out from 9-3, so I was worried my kids (7 and 9) would get bored, but they loved it and were so tired at the end of the day. The crew were delightful and I was happy to support a family business.
The water was the bluest I have ever seen in my life and the lunch was just delicious.

This was a major highlight of my trip! The crew was so friendly and enthusiastic with their welcoming “Bula!”, and offers of refreshments and drinks. There was great communication throughout the day with a clear plan, so we always knew what was next on the agenda. The boat was really comfortable with a smooth drive out to the islands, and we could sit anywhere we wanted. All snorkeling equipment was provided, and there was clear instruction on where we could snorkel. We drove to different areas of the islands, including one where Castaway was filmed. On that island we had an amazing buffet lunch with plenty of food for everyone: chicken, fruit, sandwich fixings, and authentic Fijian food as well. We went on a hike through the forest on the Castaway island, where they narrated with information about the movie, and the flora and fauna on the island. At various other stops we got to jump off the boat and swim and snorkel around. It was truly an amazing experience!

Wow the mamanuca islands did not disappoint! The tour starts with snorkeling along a sand bar out in the middle of the ocean. Then we went to two different stops and it was absolutely gorgeous! Lunch was a traditional Fijian meal and it was quite tasty, Paul and the guys on board were very helpful and very nice! I would definitely recommend this tour to anybody wanting to explore the mamanuca islands!

We recently experienced an unfortunate incident during a day cruise with Crusin Fiji. A passenger suffered a medical emergency and our concerns go beyond the tragic outcome. The safety lapses were alarming – old and broken life vests, crew unprepared for emergencies, and a captain who abandoned ship.
Attempting to contact emergency services was hindered by the crew’s decisions, putting precious time at risk. There was no medical equipment on board not even what is legally required and Passengers were the ones who took the lead in CPR, revealing the crew’s inadequate response and training.
To make matters worse, photos, including those of the affected family, were shared online less then 24hours after without consent, displaying a lack of sensitivity. I urge the business to address these safety issues promptly and undergo thorough training and protocol reviews. Our trust is shattered, and I’ve never felt so unsafe in a situation where you’re relying on expertise of others to keep you and your family safe.

The crew is fantastic. It’s a family-owned business and it was very fun to know that everyone was a cousin, brother, grandparent, close family friend, etc. They are all super kind, personable, funny.
The snorkeling spots were awesome, especially the first one at the sand bar. The coral is like none I’ve seen on other tours in Fiji or Hawaii. Very beautiful. You get about 1 hour at the first stop. We only got to spend 30 minutes at the second stop. PLEASE don’t step on the coral – I saw quite a few people rest their fins on top of the coral to adjust their masks and that was so sad.
Schedule – we didn’t start boarding until 9:25 AM, and we got to the first island at 11 AM. Lunch was around 1 PM, and then you start heading back to Denarau around 3:15 PM.
Vessel – The vessel was an older, smaller metal boat. There were 50 people on our vessel, and you are shoulder-to-shoulder with the people next to you. One issue we had was that the handlebars at the ladder (where you get in and out of the water) had a jagged metal edge. 2ppl of our party got cut (not badly, but some blood) and there was no first aid kit on board. We were told later that the boat was a sort of borrowed vessel, so maybe you can avoid that problem if you get to go on their actual boat.
Would still recommend the overall experience. Lunch was good, the crew were great, the snorkeling was awesome. Hopefully you get to board on time and also get a better vessel! 🙂 haha
