Seeing that the reef is in good condition with much worth going out there for. Also a great crew. And we were lucky with the weather.

Was in Australia for work and wanted to see the Great Barrier Reef. Thought a two day tour would be amazing for this once in a lifetime opportunity to visit the reef. Convinced a coworker to come with me and booked the tour. Once I got confirmation it was booked I then continued to book flights and hotels. Got there for the tour they had no knowledge of us coming and all tours were full for the day. Complete waste of our time and trip. Coral sea dreaming did their best to get us on another tour but with no luck. The tour guide also called viator to get us our money back.
When calling viator about this huge mess up. I was told the money for the tour was refunded. However that’s not the point. You ruined a trip and extra money was spent on top of what I already spent to try and somewhat salvage the trip.
