quiero formular una reclamación económica debido a que en la excursion contratada del pasado sabado, no pudimos disfrutar del aiguille du midi, ni del ICE CAVE, estaba cerrada tambien.
exijo la devolución economica de estas dos atracciones que no pudimos hacer. solo la primera atracción tiene un precio en la web de: Ida y vuelta adulto: 63 €.

Loved the organization of the trip, even so weather conductions didn’t allow us to check all activities , guide did find smart and fun options for us.
Enough time for everything, really good and detailed explained what where and how we can use our time , self place is magical . 100% can recommend

Disappointed with the tour. Was informed it was a guided tour and that we had skip the line and would receive bottled water. None of this occurred. The tour company just acted as transport. Would have been better to have arranged my own transport and purchase tickets myself, as we still had to queue for over an hour. Disappointed that I did not have enough time to go down to the glaciers. This tour really ruined my mood. Felt disorganised and lack of communication. Also, the step into the void is at least 2hrs long queue.

When it comes to Geneva itself, you can cover it in a day. Take advantage of this full 10 hr day (yes its long). The tour guides were great and very attentive. Get the unlimited pass its really the only way to see the most of Charmonix and Mont Blanc.

It was all so easy with someone organising me. Tour guide experienced and local. I did the cable car, train and ice cave and walk around Chamonix, all spectacular. My only disappointment was not realising how big and beautiful Chamonix is and I should have come off the mountain and had lunch in town.

Highly recommend. It’s nearly impossible to get reservations on the gondola and the tours save you a lot of time. David was a great guide. He kept us on time and made sure all the folks behind got caught up since there was so many things to do. This is great for a day trip as it’s a huge hassle to get all the passes in place on your own. Very comfortable bus which you will need since you’ll be exhausted from the activities.
